hello all with release 110 we have updated the way we do the signature overlay on the customer's invoice now for instance customers are always used to getting signatures on their paperwork and we're trying to push through to have a completely seamless paper-free process of of getting signatures and getting pods and all the rest of it now let me just show you where we go so if i was in contacts customers and i come into our coffee roasters here if i go down to the bottom and edit and we go into transport management and i go into the pod you can see here we have a couple of different types of pod um outputs this one is going to be signature on customer invoice and pod template now if i was to select a a existing customer invoice this is the new tool we've put in so i can grab one of my previous invoices for this customer and i can scroll on down and you can see here it shows me the invoice and it also shows me where the signature is going to overlay and also the date and and the person whom whom is signing the the document also what we can do is we can have different font size we could make the signature whatever size we want so if i was to come down here and click in into this signature i can make it smaller or larger or i could do it however you know whatever we really needed for this invoice um and so what we can do is we get that happening we can put in the font size we can put on all those bits and pieces we scroll down the bottom and we hit save and what it will actually do if i was to go up and transport consignments and i was to open up a consignment we have here and this one's been signed for and i download the pod and what i actually get is a superimposed signature over the top of our customers invoice so it it makes us sort of stand out from the crowd or makes our customers stand out from the crowd where you can actually get a signature on customers invoices without actually having to do all the paper shuffle and and you know give the driver a whole heap of paperwork which realistically is just going to get crumpled up anyway um good little process it's also really easy now that we have the the customer invoice moving from the sales order all the way through to the consignment so it just is a final piece to the puzzle
