[Music] today we're looking at document delivery and the latest updates particularly in dynamics now for 2017 today I'm going to show you a couple of new features one in particular is the default configuration that we now implement as part of document delivery so if we go to departments administration application setup and document delivery you will see a range of pages in which you can click on most of these you will already see as old features if we were to click into document types ok you can see a list of document types we have available as part of our config you will see some new ones at the bottom such as service as well as posted cell shipments when we implement the objects into your database we generally put it into your test system to begin with so you can play about with those objects what we will do is we will go actions and default configuration what that does is it will import these document types and the setup behind it such as attachments general and fields which we will go more in-depth in later videos if you find that you're changing a lot as part of your testing in the test system within each of these document types we also allow for functionality to export the config and import it so what you may want to do is set up all these document types as to how you would run them within life click export configuration from your test system and import configuration into your live system this means that both your live and tests are exactly the same and it doesn't mean that you have to then reset the setup within your live system when you do move to that stage [Music]
