hey deliver that driver nation i'm going to talk a little bit about how to utilize our driver app out in the field and the basic functionalities to it by walking you through a live delivery now there be a couple important things like marking yourself available so that job offers come through and our dispatchers are able to see you out in the field and then step-by-step instructions for how to complete a delivery out in the field so without any further ado let's go ahead and switch over to a screen recording and we'll walk through the basics of the app the first thing that you'll see when you get into the driver application is the ability to mark yourself available or unavailable in the bottom of your app marking yourself available is the only way to see offers and receive push notifications through the app as well as allow our dispatchers to see your location while you're on live deliveries we'll go ahead and mark ourselves available and see if there's offers in our area if there's a live offer it'll pop up in this exact same format where you can view the delivery on the map as bullet points you can also see pickup and drop-off times and locations we'll go ahead and accept this job and we'll be able to see that we have an offers tab and a jobs tab once a delivery is in your jobs tab that means it is assigned to you and you alone are responsible for executing the delivery or releasing it as quickly as possible for other drivers to have the opportunity to take the delivery the first thing that you'll do is click on the order itself and you can scroll down to see all of the order details you can see here that we can see the order costs the pickup date and time estimated drive distance and time and most importantly our special delivery instructions and the phone number for the person that we're trying to contact at the drop-off location from there you can add your pay line by line for a total amount that each delivery pays this typically ranges between 25 and 32 dollars at the bottom here we'll also see there's a form for gratuities or toll reimbursement when you're on a live delivery or you get a gratuity signed on a receipt once we review these order details it's important that we know you can use the function for the top three dots in your right hand corner and click this if you'd like to offer it to another driver as quickly as possible when you realize this is not a job you'd like to take if you would like to take the delivery you go ahead and keep it in your jobs queue you'll know it's assigned to you when it's in your jobs queue instead of your offers tab from there we can go ahead and walk through...
