good afternoon everyone hope you're all doing well welcome to this video it's going to be a bit of a long one but in this video i'm going to show you exactly how to find a client in 24 hours using my method i've done this many times it always works it always has work so in front of me i've got my lead list so i've been last night i was struggling through finding people's email addresses just for the sake of this video so i've got a load of clients now i've pulled this details from indeed so i'm going to go through and show you exactly how i do it also i'm going to show you how many emails you have to send whatever sector you're in who to target all the detail around it and it's pretty much going to be everything you're going to be needing so we've got obviously our vacancies we've got our job title the person we're dealing with and we've got their first name and their email address that's all we need obviously the company for reference as well so what i'm going to do is i'm going to show you how i would find um this sort of method so i'll be using indeed and i'll be using linkedin as well and then we're going to go through the data off of that so if let's say i'm looking for i don't know finance manager and i want to find a company so let's filter out recruitment agencies and what we're going to do is we're going to try and find the lead for this company uh let's have a look bubonic group and what we're going to do is we're going to just type linkedin at the end we want to find the best person to obviously deal with now this will make more sense once we get actually into the slides and the presentation in this um as well so this company is a bit small but what i would do is i'll just click like lead leaper and i'll just find let's say let's could find good old andrew's name and then we'll just copy his email from here and we'll add it to our lead list from here so we'll add his name i can't remember his name was andrew and bubonic group and that's pretty much it so that's what i was doing takes about for me about 20 seconds maybe 30 seconds to find each email address so without further ado let's get into this so like i said before it's a client in 24 hours so what i'm going to cover in this video is how many leads you're going to need to win one client basically how long it's going to take for you to find the leads so the time before and who you're going to be emailing so the best people to email in order to win the business how to obviously send emails in bulk there's a link in the description so you can watch that video and also there's a full guide um which you can click onto my website and just read as well because a bit more detailed um as well so what what sort of typical results you're going to get back as well how many emails you send what are you likely to hear back you're going to get some no's you're going to get some yeses as well i'm going to talk about the different sectors because some sectors operate differently so the premise of this is is we're sending cold emails to the correct people to send it to basically um the process like i just showed you all we're going to be doing is gathering leads from indeed why are we looking at indeed indeed is free to post for everyone so pretty much every company is using it it's the biggest job boarding it's the most applicants so it is the market leader it's where most of the jobs are there's obviously read but if someone doesn't want to pay and they just want to advertise for free like a company they will use indeed over over read any day um and pretty much every company uses indeed to advertise at some point even if they're using another job board they'll always use that so lead libra and apollo i've made videos on it in past they are free to use as well i'm going to be using an excel sheet um if you watch the video in the description you'll see exactly how i send a mass email to all these people there so how long will it take for you to find leads typically what i hear back i can find these pretty quickly as you just saw people usually find leads about 20 to 30 per hour and that's a very safe estimate so if you're looking at finding 100 leads it should really take you about three four hours 200 will probably take you about five six and then 300 um anyone doing lead sourcing for more than eight hours god bless you um but that's pretty much a good sort of level so if you say look this the this data is going to be really valuable once we get into the video as well um everyone operates different speeds some people will find you know 100 leads in a well maybe not an hour but two hours three hours um some people can just sit there all day if you're happy to this is only for the start now this isn't for me to say look you have to work eight hours a day and just find 300 leads i'm not saying that what i'm saying is this is how you kick-start your agency um and you really have to go harder to start so don't ever worry that oh i've spent eight hours and i haven't got anything from it all you've got you've gathered some data and the data can be used again so these email addresses that i have i can use these again i can email them all again in a month i can also do follow-ups with them so they are essentially i'm hoping the decision makers within um you know this industry for those jobs these companies are more than likely always going to be hiring so if they don't want my help now maybe in two weeks maybe in six months they'll need my help so this data is gonna either be stored go into your crm you can name your what i used to do is i need to name my excel sheets and whatever job title they were so if it was a care worker i would call day one care worker day two you know registered manager etc and you'll get more understanding of your market and what i mean by what i mean by that is you'll learn about hey look this job title no one ever comes back to me it's a dead market no one ever needs my help or you might find older and that's a hot market in that particular area so you understand the market you'll only get that data back i can't even tell you that unless i've worked in the sector but you will understand very very quickly how and you know what your next lot of leads so if you send 100 leads and 30 of them are care workers no one comes back to you but everyone comes back about nurses what's going to happen is you're going to say okay my next 100 leads are going to be nurses and you might get two free clients from that because you've hit the market where there's a need you also have to remember does this strategy work for you can you do 300 emails a week can you do 200 sustainably for a month because that's what it's going to take it might take one or two months to get going how are you going to look at um strategy if you're working as well if you've got a full-time job um you know how can i fit this in can i do it at half the rate can i do it at you know a percent a position where oh i can do you know i'm just going to get loads of leads over three four weeks and then blast them out you can do it like that it's totally up to you some people will prefer cold calling some people will prefer linkedin outreach it's totally fine but this is to see if it works for you and you know does your sector you know does it work for you as well so this is the important part who should you be emailing now i've had loads of discussion loads of debate i proved everyone wrong no one everyone got shut down that said you have to email the hiring manager no one can prove it to me i've proved it time and time again so many people come back to me and said look i was emailing hiring managers didn't get anywhere i listened to you i went to the hr function in the business and i started to pick up business wow it's a miracle cad's money's right so the general rule if you haven't seen my two to eight rule it's quite detailed on it there's a video on it go go look on the channel company size you're looking at that the general rule not all sectors it applies to but you're looking at companies that you know like on linkedin i wouldn't have messaged this because the size of the company is too small they're unlikely to use agencies where it does matter is it companies certain sectors will use agencies um to recruit for any position because they've got a higher budget and they usually have less head count in their staff so what it is i broke it down into two three tiers most of the tiers will have a slight variation of these names so hr manager might be hr missed one out oh god hr business partner that's another great one so i missed out apologies so tier one what you're going to look at is i need to find within the company so when you're looking on a company's profile page you want to see a hr function a good idea is to type recruitment in here and it usually gives you obviously this company is quite small but it usually gives you um it takes that keyword recruitment and it looks on everyone's profile and it finds okay this guy says he deals with recruitment so we'll find you the right person you want a recruitment manager hr manager these are the ones you want to look at first there might be slight variations if you can't find any of these what do you do you go to tier 2 so you want to look at sometimes the owner if the company's small and sometimes they forward emails on so that's fine i wouldn't go to a hiring manager ever if i'm honest um i would always go to the owner rather than the hiring manager and off of that because they'll fall dmr and they'll hold on a minute this guy deals with it he'll know who deals with what sometimes it's usually sort of director level hr um he might be hate recruitment director as well so there's always a variation of that sometimes the internal recruiter will know what's going on they'll shut you down they'll say no we don't deal with agencies whatever um tier three if it's a small company you can't literally this hardly ever happens but if you can't find anyone in tier one and two it's not the company it's not the type of company you're meant to be emailing by the way but you can go to sort of a general manager office manager or someone with just direct as a title um as well sometimes i mean ninety percent of the time it's going to be hr function or 99 but it'll be that odd occasion where there's a finance director and he wants to deal with the recruitment he wants to see the cvs yeah he'll sign off of it because they haven't got a hr function um or they got someone in very ad hoc so they would deal with it obviously they're they're c suite levels so the decision makers yeah most of the sectors you'll be recruiting in will be slightly different as well who you're gonna email in so i t you can pretty much stick to tier one and two blue collar you're probably gonna stick to tier two so it's usually gonna be owners because they're quite small in size for example a small construction company may have thirty workers um maximum or they may even have 12 i've seen some that are like six seven um on linkedin and they use agencies no problem so with the blue collar you might want to stick slightly smaller white collar is going to be that sort of range you don't want to go too high you don't want more than two 200 if you're looking at a thousand plus you'll be lucky to get a client with a company like that international you just want to find out who deals with um because if you're recruiting internationally you want to find out what country what office deals with the recruitment because sometimes i've recruited in the us but the the office is in the uk so things variation and your conversion rate will be different which i'm going to talk about in a few moments so how many emails should you be sending in the it section in order to get one client you're probably looking at about 300 to 500 emails if you do everything i've said correctly and that's it's very hard to say because i don't know the job title but that's typically what what everyone sees from it what i've tested what i've tried hearing back from people in healthcare and social care you're looking at i wanted to put 30 in there and because that's currently my conversion rate on some job titles because i've got knowledge on the market however 100 to 300 be very safe so if you send 300 emails chances are well i guarantee you're gonna get some sort of engagement um off of that you're gonna get some client come back to you construction is about 300 finance can be the lower end it can be i wouldn't i would say about 150 to 350 and depending on the position drivers and warehouse can differ greatly it's hard to find the leads but when you do it's quite rewarding because they're really one client will be worth a lot of money in that and the general rule is from what i see not for myself from what i see from everyone else there's no point talking about me if it's if you've done this method 300 emails will get you a client so the trick is you have to have to just send 300 emails in 24 hours that's the bottom line this is why i made this video if you send 300 emails correctly to the right people at the right time yeah during working hours you will get a client guaranteed yeah it does get easier the first lot of emails will be the hardest it's your duty to obviously see okay great these guys come back to me i emailed about finance managers everyone come back to me oh no one come back about finance assistance oh hold on a minute pretty much everyone come back to me about payroll i had a lot of engagement especially in london so i'm gonna target just payroll you're gonna niche down your leads rather than doing a blanket email off of that if you're already in a small niche yep keep it going you'll just geographically you'll find okay this this part of the uk really needs help um and it will give you more confidence you you'll be able to cold call even if you're not at the stage where you want a cold call you don't need to but i'm happy to cold call because i know certain areas there's a big demand for that skill set and if i cold call they're not going to be rude to me they're going to say oh thank god you're called um as well the important thing to mention as well is can you even find candidates and what information can you get from candidates there's no point picking up vacancies for really hard field positions you want positions where it's going to be easy that will all become apparent later on as well so i hope you enjoyed this video and if you do want to book a call with me you can go on cadsmoney.com i do have a link on there you can book a one-hour call or half an hour call with me if this information helps if you need any more further assistance you've got any questions leave a comment below get in touch with me i'm happy to hear from anyone and thanks for watching i hope it helped
