accordingly it is stated as to have an offence has been made out now another important aspect to consider here is also that if you have any evidence to be given to the police along with the a fire that is to be filed then the evidence can also be given along with the a fire as in this case the complainant had a copy of the power of attorney so therefore the complainant has also tendered the copy of the for attorney also to make sure that you may make a mention of the N power of attorney in in your complaint that it is always stated under court proceeding further finally the rest is the facts of the case finally what I wish to point out here is that again you have to make specific mentions of the sections under which a complaint has been filed the law under which it has been filed if the complaint of the offence is a specific name given to it by law then that name will have to be stated and further eventually it left which states that the accused be dealt with in accordance with law now some people do also state that the accused may be imprisoned or may be punished and whatnot but all of that is not required to be stated in my considered because the entire procedure as regards for punish punishing a person or punishing person under law essentially has been stated and under the criminals to code and so therefore that is not required to be stated in the complaint now one very important aspect of the complaint that I wish to offer drafting a complaint there are ways to find out here is that a complaint should always drafted in such fashion that it has substance that the complaint has to be of such a nature that it draws the attention of the police officer because it is the tendency of most police officers to be dismissive and not register offenses because there are hundreds of thousands of complaints filed every month and police stations all over and so therefore the police just do not have some time sometimes to you know take interest and take cognizance of all those offenses that have been committed so therefore their tendencies generally to be dismissive so in order for the police to take notice of your complaint it is always better it is always suggested that the complaint is drafted systematically the police take often cognizance at the same and registered the offense so that is one aspect that you have to keep in mind while drafting
