okay in this video i'm going to show you how to use the sign option in the fill and sign tool on adobe acrobat so when you choose fill in sign and choose yourself you have all these options we went over how to use these in the grading section now we're going to talk about the sign tool so if you click on the sign tool you have the option to add a signature and add initials once you've added it you can leave it saved in here and then just drag and drop so there are three ways to add a signature and add initials so you hit the plus sign your first option is you can type your name and use the change style button right here to choose your preferred style out of the fonts available and then you can select save signature and apply and then i can drag and drop this signature wherever i like on the screen i can resize the signature i can change the font color any of that so i don't particularly like the styles of font that they have for the signature um your other options are you can draw a signature and that gets really messy for me but if you wanted to you can use your mouse draw a signature again make sure the save signature box is checked hit apply and then you can drag and drop your drawn signature on the page wherever you would like same thing you can resize it you can change the color and you have all the same options available to you and then when you click sign it hasn't uploaded or updated yet but it will show up here as your signature option and [Music] hold on it's lagging give it a moment to catch up and i will show you the third option um you can also while we wait for this to catch up and figure out what it's doing you can also add your initials so you have the same three options type draw an image you can change the style and the type however you like and then once you have saved your initials and hit apply you can drag and drop them so you could use that to initial your date stamps if you wanted um and again once you add them to the page you can resize it change the color all of that the same um the third option though for adding your signature may have to be in a new video because it doesn't want to take it away um we're just going to put it in initials even though it's my signature so the process is the same under initials as it is for signature uh but just since the signature is glitching right now i'm going to upload it under initials so if you click image it allows you to pull an image off of your computer so i've...
