today's demo i'm going to show you the front inside of our software also known as the website again this is our proprietary platform we have currently about 1 600 customers across the country we use the most uh attractive of all the call to actions now that we're here on the category level you can add as much content as you want you can add infographics if you want to find more information about a particular product maybe you've never used this company before you might be a homeowner or maybe just a small residential contractor and you want to see what comes with this dumpster so i'll click on more info here and you're gonna notice it says 307 for a dumpster rental for up to seven days add more time for ten dollars a day starting on the eighth day up to two tons included excessive tons just 59 a ton that way your shopper can know exactly what they're getting no hitting costs and we keep it really simple here's your actual setup area and here's the actual size this is very important especially for you know homeowners who are not quite sure how much space they need for a driveway or maybe even their backyard to get it into maybe a double gate so now what i like to do is go ahead and add it to the cart i'm going to ask this individual is this for commercial use or personal home use the reason why is personal home use this is for a homeowner we're going to ask you for the start date end date reason why is because we want to make sure we can flip your can a whole lot faster and you're also going to notice that these individuals are going to be one of your more cost effective type customers you can even set up custom pricing just for them and set up separate pricing for your commercial guys commercial ordering is going to have open ended where they just put the delivery date and after that it'll be to be determined on the end date because there might be multiple swaps involved so for this demo i'll go ahead and click on commercial use i'll hit continue and my system is going to make sure again they understand exactly what they're getting that same thing if they did not click on more info it's going to reiterate everything right here as well so go ahead and hit choose a date the date will go ahead and put the 26. one thing you should know right here if i need to block out saturday and sunday deliveries i can or we can even put a note in this calendar saying any saturday delivery will be delivered on friday any sunday pickup will be picked up on monday however you operate if you want to do a same-day order which today is the 25th you can do that and our system will send you a text alert automatically if anyone orders on the same day saying you have a order that you need to dispatch right away so anywho i'll go ahead and pick the 26 for today and now you notice it says to be determined because i use the contractor rule doesn't have an end date the flat fee is 307 and now i'll go here and put in my uh my information i'll go ahead and put jeremy test phone number uh city i'll go ahead and put huddle state we'll go ahead and put texas and hit continue now what happens right here after i hit continue is if my customer doesn't go through the rest of the checkout process let's say for example they saw a time sensitive delivery of a hundred dollars like i showed you right here then they might bounce well that's fine i have it set up where after 10 minutes it's going to send me an email alert saying i had an abandoned cart then 10 minutes after that my system is automatically going to email that customer a coupon code where they can save 20 off if they were to book it before friday that is completely customizable with the price on the coupon code with the email that you make it is all automated it's just personally how i would prefer to do business especially if i spend money on google adwords and the cost per conversion is pretty high i want to make sure i take advantage of all my at-bats now you're gonna notice all the information autofills if this is the exact same information if it's a homeowner example they'll hit same as billing if it's a contractor it might have a different drop address so you'll put in the different drop address job site contact let's say it was john doe in time sensor delivery i put a hundred dollar fee you don't have to do time sensitive this is all completely customizable please give a brief description of what you're dumping they put shingles and let's say they put their roof for a reason why that's important is because our system does segmented email campaigns let's say that you round up a few hundred roofers and a hellstorm happen you want to email them a coupon code to save twenty dollars off but then at the same time with our system you might wanna increase your price by let's say five percent across the board and their way that way you can take advantage of a situation you might even increase your daily rate from ten dollars a day up to fifteen dollars a day so where would you like this dumpster set up let's say they put driveway does your job site require po if so they just put in their purchase number or they can simply type in no customer comments uh gates locked until 8 am and maybe they're a roofer just to show you how it works i'll go ahead and put a roofer code in here so now it's calculating the distance and the address for the dumpster and you'll notice here says chad roofing 35 off maybe we made him a special coupon code with our system you can also have schedule profiles where you can do custom pricing which you're going to see in our next demo assigned to an individual customer these are typically people that you do a lot of business with not maybe a small roofer that you might do a handful of turns a year travel fee is 10 miles we charge two dollars a mile so he gets a 20 travel fee and also you're going to see here time sensor delivery 100 bucks that's a little high you might want to try 35 test your numbers either way you can put this a link on this on your email signature your facebook marketplace you can put links to it from craigslist you can do google adwords and you're going to convert a whole lot higher by having it versus not having it because there's a good chance you'll probably be the only one in your area offering online booking so here's your amount due if this was a real system i mean not a training crm this is going to be the client-facing side of what you're going to work on for your day-to-day operations most likely around 80 of the time if not more also today we're not going to be able to get through the entire demo process seeing that we provide so many features and is extremely customizable but we will get down to the nuts and bolts so right now what we're looking at is our task list our task list is anything in this box you'll see that there's one two three four deliveries and one two pickups the way i know that is green indicates it's a delivery red means a pickup and you'll notice that it is scheduled for the 25th these are things you must complete today as they are called tasks you also see the customer's name and the actual drop address for every single one of these as well as a company name if you look here you'll see a blue box called out if you notice we have one two dumpsters right here that are out and most likely if this was a live system you'll see way more than that so here these are dumpsters that have been delivered in the past meaning before the 25th and they're not scheduled to be picked up until the future meeting after the 25th their status is simply out you'll notice one has a to be determined that's because they use the contractor rule contractor rule is open-ended ordering when someone wants to end that order status they simply click here if they were to call or if they emailed you and pick the date they'll like to schedule that final pick up and if you look here this one already has an end it order and this will show you exactly it'll look just like that after someone actually closed one out so now what i like to do is explain to you what we're looking at in regards to these indicators if you see a green box here that means that a task has been completed successfully now it's five o'clock i noticed one has not been completed successfully i also see a purple square purple square means that we need to reschedule it a yellow box means that there's been a fee at it so let's go ahead and dig a little deeper find out what happened i'll click the drop down button and i will see here that there's a picture of a truck in front of a dumpster it looks here that my driver on the driver app indicated that there's a dry run and he charged 75 dollars for that dry run we also have a a specific price just by typing in one where it'll show a flat fee of 150 but that's customizable about how you want to do it in an earlier demo today i said hey let's meet a guy halfway he was arguing you do a lot of business with them and you decide to meet him halfway at 75 so you put one times that number you also notice that my driver on the driver app said that there's a dry run truck in front of the dumpster and i needed to reschedule so what i'll do is i'll go ahead and reschedule this dumpster already tacked on my fee for later on billing he's most likely a net 20 net 30 customer because he hasn't been billed yet so what i'll go ahead and do is i'll save this because i know that that's been done i am now going to click here and i want to go ahead and reschedule it so i'm going to go set it for the 26 we spoke he said that's the best time to do it and i'll hit this return early late button and now it's done and we will no longer see it but just to show you everything's fine it's right here on the 26 as you can see garth construction now i'm going to click back onto the 25th and we're going to look at this last pickup this one indicates there's a fee but it's been done successfully i'm assuming most likely there was a tonnage amount so looks here my guy put 4.2 tons he put a picture of the receipt and he looks like he even had to wait 25 minutes we give everyone 20 minutes allocated time anything past 20 minutes we charge a dollar 66 a minute that's what he's educated to notify the job site contact if he's waiting for him while they're still at lunch or something along those lines either way he added on these fees and the task was completed successfully so it says 4167 charge him for a tire he knows uh he knows that there's a 25 fee so that's another thing i might need to attack on to his bill and if we look here um you'll see it says 4.2 tons and that right there would charge them 59 a ton which brings that amount if i were to put three tons you will go ahead and see that feed changes instantly to a different amount times 59 we can customize this for your tonnage weight we can even give the first two tons free we can even make a custom box for a 10 yard a 15 yard a 20 yard dumpster however you see fit and we can even give custom tonnage by customer profile which you will see later on in this demo so as you can tell this is how we run all of our day-to-day operations uh now what i like to do is pretend that clint black construction i guess that's a country singer someone has jokes and they wanted to schedule a swap out first we'll say uh mr black wouldn't you like it scheduled uh he says that he'll like to go ahead and schedule it for tomorrow and he has a 30 yard dumpster so we'll go ahead and pick a 30 yard dumpster to do the swap out you'll notice that that order will end and you'll notice that tomorrow it'll schedule a pickup and it'll schedule delivery because it's a swap out so i'll go ahead and show you that notice it ended and we go right here and now we'll see that mr black has a delivery we'll also notice that he has a pickup because again it is a swap out which will also go into routing directly for us now what i'd like to show you is serial number tracking if you look here my driver i can tell the exact time he actually did this drop off he dropped off serial number 301 and he did it at 9 15 pm that's because i made this last night and this is for training purposes so imagine if it was uh today or this morning you'll see that indicator there and i think i actually did a couple this morning too so here's one at 8 41 am that's when i use the driver app i put the serial number i had so i can track where my box at boxes are at any given time and it's tied into that actual number this is an indicator of how many days it's at so if let's say i want to set a option where anything past 12 days it'll send me a red box around it and it'll be highlighted around 12 days this would be an indicator that i might want to follow up with that customer so for this demo purposes what i'll do is i'll go ahead and pretend this one says twelve days one zero zero eight one zero zero eight i hit the drop down and at this point i'm gonna go ahead and i wanna follow up because let's pretend that it's an open-ended order and i want to make sure i can schedule final pick up so i'll go ahead and click this link it'll automatically send an email and they'll schedule a pickup dumpster pick it up and return it maybe you can put a swap out option i apologize for that and they'll pick the date they'll put their name their email address their phone number this will prompt you to go ahead and close that order if they're fill it out and you'll know the exact date now you just flip the can much faster than you would normally we can also make this a automated email where automatically a trigger after 12 days it can send that out for you if you like so again there are certain rules that you can use certain rules that you don't have to use that is up to you now what i'd like to do is uh go ahead and share with you guys our one page checkout this is something when let's say a customer wrote a call and they want to go ahead and order a dumpster right here on the fly we go ahead and click this one page checkout screen we ask is this for commercial use or personal home use just like they did on the front end the earlier part of our demonstration uh commercial used to be open-ended ordering and residential will be day span ordering so for this example let's go ahead and pretend they're a homeowner i'll go ahead and hit submit so one page checkout is when customers decide to call in and you want to go ahead and take their order on the fly fairly quickly so to go ahead and get down to it first we want to ask them what is the drop address in this case i'll go ahead and put in a random address and you'll see here here's my order address and then i'm going to go ahead and it's following my cookie so i'll go ahead and put in a fake email i'll put in a bogus phone number a street address and a city and keep in mind this is for billing and automatically this would be just one state depending on where you're located at obviously so now that we have all that uh this is filled out i could have also if this was the same billing address as the or drop address for like let's say residential use i'll click on same address and it'll auto populate now that i have that i want to go ahead and ask my customer what size dumpster were you looking for today and do you know our pricing they say yes i was looking at that 30 yard dumpster and i need it on the 25th and i'll like it picked up on the 28th now keep in mind if there's a contractor roll you'll just click on one date because it'll be open-ended ordering since i clicked on the residential rule it's going to be a day span order so keep in mind you'll have options for both same as you would on the front end when they check out online so my system i set up a travel fee based on mileage and a base fee so it's 10 space fee plus a dollar per mile i tell them their total is 359.39 customer my bach he says you know what i got an email from you guys um from my sister she used you guys a month ago and y'all did it for 270. well if that was the case i want to go ahead and do it on the fly and edit that price i can go ahead and put okay it's 270 but taxes and travel fees still apply your total will go now will be down to 3 19 34 are you ready to move forward they say yes great who would be on the at the house at the time of the delivery that would be me i'll go ahead and put same what are you dumping just to make sure they're not dumping you know dirt rock you might want to ask more questions maybe they just say they're doing you know simple um house cleaning so i'll put municipal solid waste what type of industry are you in i wouldn't ask that question because i know that they're a homeowner and where would you like the dumpster set up front driveway all right and we don't know they don't need a po number so we'll put none here and let's say the customer has some specific contents please show up after 10 a.m anytime that's up to you how you run your business but if you decide you agree to that you can go ahead and put that so your driver knows also when you do dispatching you'll see the customer notes before you start dispatching and building your route which will be something that will be seen in one of our next videos so now everything looks right customer agrees we ask them just so you know this dumpster comes with two tons any additional ton will be 59 dollars per ton we're going to go ahead and charge your car today what would you like to use they say they want to use a visa or mastercard i'll go ahead and click here if they say you know what instead send me a quote i'll send a quote once i send a quote they have a link they can book that dumpster online using that link as long as still available if it's not the system will prompt them to pick another date or pick another dumpster but let's go ahead and pretend in this scenario that they want to use a visa mastercard you have the option where you can charge them deposit or you can charge them full i always recommend full you also have the option whether or not you want a center receipt or not that's up to you once we go ahead and put their card in i put in their number or i educate them that hey our system is after our charger card is going to send you an email it's going to tell you what is allowed and what's not allowed in the container it's also going to tell you how many um tons that is allowed without being over charge fees and if you have any questions feel free to call me it is very important that you sign that right away i'll be looking for that in the next 10 minutes it literally takes you two minutes to click on that receipt click on those terms of service and just sign off for it sound fair they say yes great i hit submit and i'm done so now that i hit submit my order has been placed next i'd like to show you guys if um schedule profiles for let's say some of your bigger contractors maybe someone that you do 100 plus orders with on a yearly basis for this example i'll go ahead and look up my company called garth and this is garth brooks garth construction and now i'm pulling up his customer profile by crm it shows here that he currently has two invoices slash orders out with us right now this right here will show all his contact info we will keep the card on file same thing with the um the one page checkout once we have their card on file it'll automatically save it for tonnage so i also here have a special pricing for him net approve he's scheduled for 30 days special pricing four hundred dollars for a 20-yard dumpster and then it says tonnage up to five tons 59 dollars per ton for each additional ton after the seventh day we charge ten dollars a day max credit with us is 10k this is easy and very customizable you can go in here and add a new field yourself literally within seconds and call it whatever you want make it any file that you want and it's very simple if you want to see all the messages you ever sent to that individual you can go here and you can see the receipt that you sent to them you can even see the link where they can click there and digitally sign their terms and at the very bottom they'll go right here and they'll just simply uh type it up and be done let's say that this customer garth called and he says that he wants to go ahead and get this this address is closed down it goes by address and he wants to close down every single one of them i would just go ahead and hit select all but let's pretend that there's multiple addresses and only just click on this one in particular i'll hit select checked and what i'm gonna do is go ahead and send him an invoice and this is going to be email that says you can mail your check here if he was a card on file customer i'll just click here and his card will automatically pop up i hit submit and i'm done now if let's say that we have special pricing and we want to do a special price order well notice what we had on the front end of the website we don't want to share this information with anyone else outside of this special pricing we might have set up with garth so he gets it for for a 20 yard dumpster he gets it for 270 for a 30 yard dumpster 307 but remember we said he gets five tons for a roofing and we said any extra days past the eighth day won the day one to seven days any extra days instead of 15 he only has to pay 10 but most likely a roofer doesn't go past seven days anyway so now that we have that if he wants to go ahead and book it for this special price he can use our contractor app where it has your company information all his special pricing is stored in there he can schedule delivery schedule pick up or he can call and place that order right here we'll go ahead and click on dumpsters and we'll go ahead and look at the one that we just set up a 30 yard dumpster for 400 bucks and we'll go through the process it'll automatically check it out because we always information will automatically autofill and no one else would ever see that price and it's all through the back end and you'll also see here that we always have gar's signature on file so we don't need garth to sign another contract every single time he does business with us we can also store his custom contract right here if we decided that we're going to have that or maybe you're just a simple word of mouth person also going to building if i want to change him from a net 30 to a net 10 i can very easily do so and when i bill him i can again you saw the batch invoicing here's all his orders let's pretend guards called and said that um you know what maybe garth decided that he needed to do another swap out for this order number all you have to do is uh for this address which is 709 elder pass place cedar park texas i'll just go ahead and create a separate invoice they thought the dumpster was ready for a final pickup but now they decide they need another one we'll go ahead and schedule it right now and we'll go ahead and send them a smaller one he said this time it just needs a 20 yard so i'll go ahead and select the 20 yard dumpster and now we just placed our order and we are good to go hey guys next things i'd like to discuss is reports so we just got off customer profiles let's go ahead and show you a few of the basic ones one that's very popular is open accounts this is going to show you all your cod customers all your net 5 net 10 how many days past due they are and who you should be billing today so i'll go ahead and click on open accounts and you'll notice here it'll show me each individual company right here if i decide i want to go ahead and batch invoice them because today their bills actually do again i can go there and batch invoice actually every uh i can batch invoice them on a customer level or i can send a mass message to every single one of these and saying that they need to go ahead and pay their balance so let me give you an example uh here's like a one solo company made it's our small roofer um we did this one earlier and i want to go ahead and go ahead and let them know that their balance is due they can click on this link they can pay it on file if i want to make a custom one they say that they do it via check or i can combine the both i can do that as well once they pay it'll close out their balance you'll even be notified that they paid the balance they'll even get updated a receipt automatically you do nothing it does everything now let's also pretend that uh you have a role with anyone that's past 15 days on order let's pretend that um the marsh company was 15 days which right now it says four days past due i might have it in my contract and this is what i like doing as a best practice where i automatically have their card on file if we they use a debit card and this is a training um training site they'll click on card on file and they'll hit submit and it'll automatically charge your card on file they'll get updated or receipt because they fail to pay their balance right out the gate so with that being said that's how you knock those out if you want to go ahead and click on any individual order number yourself to see why maybe something is so high you can click on here and go that route as well so either way it's pretty straightforward and you'll even see the different notes right here as well all right so what i'd like to do now is go ahead and show you some other popular reports and discuss what they do so scrolling down a very popular one is um going to be er employee sales by activation date it's going to show you all of your uh dispatch personnel by name what orders they actually took and how much they actually made your company and revenue for as far as taking the order it'll also show you how many orders you got through the internet meaning people booked online again this is a training count i'll go ahead and click on here so you get an idea you'll notice that it only shows me and i'll show you how many orders that i've actually purchased in the month of august which was four and if there would be another one that would say online if i did it online there would be another one if i had an associate or someone else who had admin rights that who also took orders going back to reports one of the most popular ones that i love is abandoned cards created and incomplete orders created incomplete orders or someone going through the system they went through the website and they didn't complete it you should have already received a email notification of this and if you had it set up or our system automatically emails that person 10 minutes later if they don't check out online then it already notified forum but still i like to run them early in the morning ones that came in last night i like to run them in the middle around lunchtime and again towards the end of the day so i can follow up with anyone who maybe not move forward and see if i can close them down so this is a very popular one here's one that shows sign orders and unsigned orders so example if you want to see who hasn't signed the orders yet and what date what date their schedule be delivered you can click on here but this is also why i prefer to force them to sign the agreement before they can check out and that's also a good way you can do invoices for homeowners where you can say here sign this and you can uh place your order right now go ahead and send you a quote with the link and you can also tell them or you can simply go check out online that way you have a contract on file regardless if not it'll send an automatic email then it's about 80 chance that they're gonna just click the link and sign the terms without you having to do a follow-up so right here uh you'll notice these individuals haven't signed the agreement i would click this link right here and all i'll do is i'll send this unsigned contract reminder but we also have in our system where a day before their delivery if you choose to have this rule and decide and make an email where it says here's our best practice for using our dumpster this is what is loud this is what's not allowed and here's a link to our terms you haven't signed yet so you can also automate a lot of this as well so now i sent it and now josh got that email now going back to reports there's so many of them you're going to notice we can do sales by city sales overview by date range daily sales month to date you can do sales delivery versus pickup annual growth order options i mean the list goes on and on you can also see employee reports very popular ones especially those who take advantage of our driver app when a driver logs into work he clocks in any clocks out you can put exact amount of money that that individual made hourly saying fifteen dollars an hour we can tell when he clocked into work where he clocked in at work where he clocked what time he clocked out and where he clocked out make sure he's not milking the clock and you can also sign the driver play here so anywho who if this were set up you'll go to employee time cards you'll see me uh my name is jeremy i work 2.57 hours total hours for this month is 2 hours 41 minutes i pay 50 i get paid 15 an hour and i am owed 38.55 if i want to go ahead and do this by a date range of let's say that i do payroll on the 1st and the 15th i'll just click on the day and i'll click on august 1st then i'll go to my other range which will be august 15th and it'll show me exactly how much my paycheck should be and obviously it says no data because this is a training account so anywho uh here's our knowledge base let's say i want to go ahead and learn about my driver app today and i want to go ahead and train my driver i can literally train my driver in about 10 or 15 minutes and it'll literally come step by step of how everything will work so you can go here watch this video and you'll see side by side how the driver app works and here's how routing works right here and let's see what the driver sees so this is something we're going to elaborate a little bit more on our next next topic when we talk about routing okay next we're going to discuss routing location overview and truck tracker so the way to get to routing i'll simply click on this google fabric on once i do so it's going to take me to my route as you can see i already made a pre-can route i want to make this short sweet to the point so you see how easy it is to use right here i signed a truck it normally starts with truck run one as you see here it says truck two i signed it to jeremy and he's driving the white international and this is how i sign it to my driver as you can tell here's jeremy starting at the warehouse you can have multiple stops you can have yard two warehouse landfill however you want to go about doing it some people keep cans at all three locations and either way you still gotta stop by a landfill or recycling center you can put multiple custom stops very easy up now you can tell i'm going to go do a 30 yard delivery the way i know that is because it says 30 yard dumpster and it's a very light color this right here would be a yard this is uh with the swap there's going to be a delivery in pickup involved when you order a swap out and i automatically went ahead and set up a landfill after a swap out and i'm going to go redeliver it to my 30 yard dumpster right down the road and then i'm prompting my driver to go the yard and clock out so a couple things i want to show you guys on how i did this is i can zoom out to see all my cans i can zoom even closer this way and notice this right here is my yard you can also call it a warehouse and right here will show you all my different deliveries i need to do today right so once i click on one you'll notice the pin got bigger and let's say i was doing a pickup like i am right here i can even look and see what kind of waste municipal waste so i know i can send them to landfill versus sending them to maybe a recycling center now that i like my route i want to view it and i want to make sure it makes the most sense and i want to make sure my guy always stays under dot so i'm scrolling down here and you'll see all my different tasks that this individual have it says he's driving 92.88 miles driver pays dollars and 50 cents it'll even show that he'll be ready back at the yard by 2 13. i give him 15 minutes to clock out again 15 minutes to do a swap you'll notice that the landfill it's a pretty slow one i signed an hour these are all pre-can things that you can set up to configure with your system and as you build the route you can also change those times very easily example here i go to landfill and i'm going to go from one hour to an hour 15 minute i want to get a good idea of when my guy's going to be back i can tell him to go to the yard o'clock out i can assign him to go do an oil change whatever i need to do i can put it on here when i go make a custom stop let's say i want to go in the yard and tell them to go ahead and you know change the oil on the white international while i'll be on standby i can put in all those notes here update it and he will see it all right now if i want to take it away i simply remove it if i need to go ahead and lock this down next time my order comes in let's say it came in tonight it'll come under truck two but once it comes on under truck two notice that it will not be a sign it doesn't have a name to it and it doesn't have any selected drivers if i decide i want to drag this in my guys route wherever it makes sense i can simply do that as well you can run up to 42 different trucks on here at any given time and you just make a truck by line item the next one will show up right here and the pins will be purple and typically you do it based on where they're located east west north south northeast depending how big you are and how many trucks you're running any given day if i like my route and again if i once i updated it all i got to do is click here i send it my driver gets a text message he also gets an email showing that he got a updated route and you'll know when to start again so as i go down here again if i want to go ahead and print all my invoices so my driver has them in order in case there's no confusion he can go ahead and hit print personally i prefer to be paperless but some and do a date range of everything he's done hit submit and it'll show you all the stops that he's made we've caught multiple people trying to steal from the clock and visiting their home multiple
