put the serial number i had so i can track where my box at boxes are at any given time and it's tied into that actual number this is an indicator of how many days it's at so if let's say i want to set a option where anything past 12 days it'll send me a red box around it and it'll be highlighted around 12 days this would be an indicator that i might want to follow up with that customer so for this demo purposes what i'll do is i'll go ahead and pretend this one says twelve days one zero zero eight one zero zero eight i hit the drop down and at this point i'm gonna go ahead and i wanna follow up because let's pretend that it's an open-ended order and i want to make sure i can schedule final pick up so i'll go ahead and click this link it'll automatically send an email and they'll schedule a pickup dumpster pick it up and return it maybe you can put a swap out option i apologize for that and they'll pick the date they'll put their name their email address their phone number this will prompt you to go ahead and close that order if they're fill it out and you'll know the exact date now you just flip the can much faster than you would normally we can also make this a automated email where automatically a trigger after 12 days it can send that out for you if you like so again there are certain rules that you can use certain rules that you don't have to use that is up to you now what i'd like to do is uh go ahead and share with you guys our one page checkout this is something when let's say a customer wrote a call and they want to go ahead and order a dumpster right here on the fly we go ahead and click this one page checkout screen we ask is this for commercial use or personal home use just like they did on the front end the earlier part of our demonstration uh rule it's going to be a day span order so keep in mind you'll have options for both same as you would on the front end when they check out online so my system i set up a travel fee based on mileage and a base fee so it's 10 space fee plus a dollar per mile i tell them their total is 359.39 customer my bach he says you know what i got an email from you guys um from my sister she used you guys a month ago and y'all did it for 270. well if that was the case i want to go ahead and do it on the fly and edit that price i can go ahead and put okay it's 270 but taxes and travel fees still apply your total will go now will be down to 3 19 34 are you ready to move forward they say yes great who would be on the at the house at the time of the delivery that would be me i'll go ahead and put same what are you dumping just to make sure they're not dumping you know dirt rock you might want to ask more questions maybe they just say they're doing you know simple um house cleaning so i'll put municipal solid waste what type of industry are you in i wouldn't ask that question because i know that they're a homeowner and where would you like the dumpster set up front driveway all right and we don't know they don't need a po number so we'll put none here and let's say the customer has some specific contents please show up after 10 a.m anytime that's up to you how you run your business but if you decide you agree to that you can go ahead and put that so your driver knows also when you do dispatching you'll see the customer notes before you start dispatching and building your route which will be something that will be seen in one of our next videos so now everything looks right customer agrees we ask them just so you know this dumpster comes with two tons any additional ton will be 59 hit submit my order has been placed next i'd like to show you guys if um schedule profiles for let's say some of your bigger contractors maybe someone that you do 100 plus orders with on a yearly basis for this example i'll go ahead and look up my company called garth and this is garth brooks garth construction and now i'm pulling up his customer profile by crm it shows here that he currently has two invoices slash orders out with us right now this right here will show all his contact info we will keep the card on file same thing with the um the one page checkout once we have their card on file it'll automatically save it for tonnage so i also here have a special pricing for him net approve he's scheduled for 30 days special pricing four hundred dollars for a 20-yard dumpster and then it says tonnage up to five tons 59 dollars per ton for each additional ton after the seventh day we charge ten dollars a day max credit with us is 10k this is easy and very customizable you can go in here and add a new field yourself literally within seconds and call it whatever you want make it any file that you want and it's very simple if you want to see all the messages you ever sent to that individual you can go here and you can see the receipt that you sent to them you can even see the link where they can click there and digitally sign their terms and at the very bottom they'll go right here and they'll just simply uh type it up and be done let's say that this customer garth called and he says that he wants to go ahead and get this this address is closed down it goes by address and card will automatically pop up i hit submit and i'm done now if let's say that we have special pricing and we want to do a special price order well notice what we had on the front end of the website we don't want to share this information with anyone else outside of this special pricing we might have set up with garth so he gets it for for a 20 yard dumpster he gets it for 270 for a 30 yard dumpster 307 but remember we said he gets five tons for a roofing and we said any extra days past the eighth day won the day one to seven days any extra days instead of 15 he only has to pay 10 but most likely a roofer doesn't go past seven days anyway so now that we have that if he wants to go ahead and book it for this special price he can use our contractor app where it has your company information all his special pricing is stored in there he can schedule delivery schedule pick up or he can call and place that order right here we'll go ahead and click on dumpsters and we'll go ahead and look at the one that we just set up a 30 yard dumpster for 400 bucks and we'll go through the process it'll automatically check it out because we always information will automatically autofill and no one else would ever see that price and it's all through the back end and you'll also see here that we always have gar's signature on file so we don't need garth to sign another contract every single time he does business with us we can also store his custom contract right here if we decided that we're going to have that or maybe you're just a simple word of mouth person also going to building if i want to change him from a net 30 to a net 10 i can very easily do so and when i bill him i can again you saw the batch invoicing here's all his orders let's pretend guards called and said that um you know what maybe garth decided that he needed to do another swap out for this order number all you have to do is uh for this address which is 709 elder pass place cedar park texas i'll just go ahead and create a separate invoice they thought the dumpster was ready for a final pickup but now they decide they need another one we'll go ahead and schedule it right now and we'll go ahead and send them a smaller one he said this time it just needs a 20 yard so i'll go ahead and select the 20 yard dumpster and now we just placed our order and we are good to go hey guys next things i'd like to discuss is reports so we just got off customer profiles let's go ahead and show you a few of the basic ones one that's very popular is open accounts this is going to show you all your cod customers all your net 5 net 10 how many days past due they are and who you should be billing today so i'll go ahead and click on open accounts and you'll notice here it'll show me each individual company right here if i decide i want to go ahead and batch invoice them because today their bills actually do again i can go there and batch invoice actually every uh i can batch invoice them on a customer level or i can send a mass message to every single one of these and saying that they need to go ahead and pay their balance so let me give you an example uh here's like a one solo company made it's our small roofer um we did this one earlier and i want to go ahead and go ahead and let them know that their balance is due they can click on this link they can pay it on file if i want to make a custom one they say that they do it via check or i can combine the both i can do that as well once they pay it'll close out their balance you'll even be notified that they paid the balance marsh company was 15 days which right now it says four days past due i might have it in my contract and this is what i like doing as a best practice where i automatically have their card on file if we they use a debit card and this is a training um training site they'll click on card on file and they'll hit submit and it'll automatically charge your card on file they'll get updated or receipt because they fail to pay their balance right out the gate so with that being said that's how you knock those out if you want to go ahead and click on any individual order number yourself to see why maybe something is so high you can click on here and go that route as well so either way it's pretty straightforward and you'll even see the different notes right here as well all right so what i'd like to do now is go ahead and show you some other popular reports and discuss what they do so scrolling down a very popular one is um going to be er employee sales by activation date it's going to show you all of your uh dispatch personnel by name what orders they actually took and how much they actually made your company and revenue for as far as taking the order it'll also show you how many orders you got through the internet meaning people booked online again this is a training count i'll go ahead and click on here so you get an idea you'll notice that it only shows me and i'll show you how many orders that i've actually purchased in the month of august which was four and if there would be another one that would say online if i did it online there would be another one if i had an associate or someone else who had admin rights that who also took orders going back to reports one of the most popular ones that i love is abandoned cards created and incomplete orders created incomplete orders or someone going through the system they went through the website and they didn't complete it you should have already received a email notification of this and if you had it set up or our system automatically emails that person 10 minutes later if they don't check out online then it already notified forum but still i like to run them early in the morning ones that came in last night i like to run them in the middle around lunchtime and again towards the end of the day so i can follow up with anyone who maybe not move forward and see if i can close them down so this is a very popular one here's one that shows sign orders and unsigned orders so example if you want to see who hasn't signed the orders yet and what date what date their schedule be delivered you can click on here but this is also why i prefer to force them to sign the agreement before they can check out and that's also a good way you can do invoices for homeowners where you can say here sign this and stops very easy up now you can tell i'm going to go do a 30 yard delivery the way i know that is because it says 30 yard dumpster and it's a very light color this right here would be a yard this is uh with the swap there's going to be a delivery in pickup involved when you order a swap out and i automatically went ahead and set up a landfill after a swap out and i'm going to go redeliver it to my 30 yard dumpster right down the road and then i'm prompting my driver to go the yard and clock out so a couple things i want to show you guys on how i did this is i can zoom out to see all my cans i can zoom even closer this way and notice this right here is my yard you can also call it a warehouse and right here will show you all my different deliveries i need to do today right so once i click on one you'll notice the pin got bigger and let's say i was doing a pickup like i am right here i can even look and see what kind of waste municipal waste so i know i can send them to landfill versus sending them to maybe a recycling center now that i like my route i want to view it and i want to make sure it makes the most sense and i want to make sure my guy always stays under dot so i'm scrolling down here and you'll see all my different tasks that this individual have it says he's driving 92.88 miles driver pays dollars and 50 cents it'll even show that he'll be ready back at the yard by 2 13. i give him 15 minutes to clock out again 15 minutes to do a swap you'll notice that the landfill it's a pretty slow one i signed an hour these are all pre-can things that you can set up to configure with your system and as you build the route you can also change those times very easily example here i go to landfill and i'm going to go from one hour to an hour 15 minute i want to get a good idea of when my guy's going to be back i can tell him to go to the yard o'clock out i can assign him to go do an oil change whatever i need to do i can put it on here when i go make a custom stop let's say i want to go in the yard and tell them to go ahead and you know change the oil on the white international while i'll be on standby i can put in all those notes here update it and he will see it all right now if i want to take it away i simply remove it if i need to go ahead and lock this down next time my order comes in let's say it came in tonight it'll come under truck two but once it comes on under truck two notice that it will not be a sign it doesn't have a name to it and it doesn't have any selected drivers if i decide i want to drag this in my guys route wherever it if i once i updated it all i got to do is click here i send it my driver gets a text message he also gets an email showing that he got a updated route and you'll know when to start again so as i go down here again if i want to go ahead and print all my invoices so my driver has them in order in case there's no confusion he can go ahead and hit print personally i prefer to be paperless but some of your drivers can be older gentlemen and prefer the paperwork and that's fine too now once we go here we can go ahead and see who owes us money if you're one of those guys you only charge people on day of delivery this would be ideal for you you can charge all the cards on file you should have already set up a one dollar authorization charge or maybe even a small deposit depends how you run your business again it's very versatile now that i have all that i want to send a estimated delivery time when we're going to set up i'll hit send send send and all my individuals by name and their phone number will get sent a text message with my pre-can message and company name saying their estimated time for a delivery so again this is pretty robust uh if you guys want to schedule a one-on-one demo at any given time i can click on a truck i and notice i don't have it assigned to a driver i can click this drop down this drop down will have all my driver's name and i can see where they're located at and it'll give me typically within a four minute update i believe we can even make that shorter and i can even scroll this across and see the entire history and you'll see a truck moving around and a different icon and a truck icon all around town and see where he ends up at so that way when you're doing dispatch and you typically do it on two screens you know where to drag your last minute orders at let's pretend that you got a driver and for event location overview you notice that he's late every single day he's brand new and something's up and he has the easiest route you can go ahead and do a date range of everything he's done hit submit and it'll show you all the stops that he's made we've caught multiple people trying to steal from the clock and visiting their home multiple
