[Music] hi everybody my name is luis salcido and i am your space trainer for today and today we are going over amendment e-signature package um i know a lot of you are waiting for this one and um it's been a little while for me to get to it so welcome to the 2020 2021 school year boy has it been a roller coaster so far so let's go ahead and get started let me get out of the way here so right after you've logged in you are going to go to your student ieps and you're going to go to you're going to find the student that you're looking for you're going to go to their current because you've just had an amendment and it will be under their current iep now before you can generate the e-signature package for amendments you have to you must first affirm and attest to the amendment otherwise it's not going to work so you go you click here this one doesn't have any amendments because i'm in the wrong student account so let me go back and we'll just start over so we've just had the amendment for this student and you'll see here the latest amendment that you've had so where do i find how come i can't see the e the generate e-signature tab here this is where it varies a little bit different from the annual or triennial you have to click the little um printer icon and that's where you'll see the generate e-signature package tap now at this point you'll select uh the pages of the iep that you made changes to along with the amendment page and then you go ahead and you just click it it says success congratulations the validation has passed you're ready to proceed so you go ahead and proceed and you hit continue at this point it it will be almost essentially identical to an annual or triennial so you would just type in your member the member name the title parent if it's the parent the email and then here is the cell phone option now i just found this out um very recently and the distinction between the email and the cell phone so the email is going to be the um the mode of communication to send you the link to open the document the cell phone number will text you the password so that's how those two are different email has the document cell phone has the password now if somebody doesn't want to give you their their cell phone you can always uh copy and paste it into an email and email them the password so here again you put in your your p the people that you um want to add you click the little um add person button and then their information tile will pop up here and you'll have anywhere from two to several you generate your password so you make...
