schedule of appointment slots select your online application controls and you're ready to go [Music] one tool that will enable you to lean more towards a contactless program but still be able to provide personal interaction and service to your Angel Tree applicants is the online appointment request system instead of having your clients come in person to get an appointment you can have them request one online to request an appointment a potential applicant will first enter their zip code based on the zip codes allowed by our campaign configuration they will either be allowed to continue or they will be informed that the zip code is not currently served once an appointment request is created you will see it in the tee Sam angel tree module under appointments in take requests from here your staff can set appointments based on the appointment calendar you set up in your campaign configurations they may also choose to contact potential applicants via phone to discuss eligibility or gather additional information when appointments are scheduled you will find them under appointments intake appointment you can use the filters and reporting tools including export to excel to create reports by date or intake site [Music] the intake of Angel Tree applications is traditionally a face-to-face interview style process that requires many people over several days or weeks with a desire to streamline that process and introduce the ability to operate in a more contactless mode we've created an online application form that your applicants can reach from home or conveniently from any mobile device based on your campaign configurations you can open your online applications to all where the system will allow anyone to apply online as long as they are within your provided serviceable zip codes and you haven't reached the max number of applications you selected for your campaign alternatively you can generate and distribute one-time use codes as an invitation to apply where anyone with a valid code will be able to apply online the applicant can conveniently navigate through the enrollment form from their computer or smartphone gathering information about the applicant other household members household budget and the angels the specific information collected and steps provided are based on your campaign settings you determine which fields to collect or not collect at the end the applicant is asked to consent to the electronic collection and storage of their information and signed the consent form electronically once the application is submitted it appears in the tea Sam angel tree module for review by your program supervisors intake staff may choose to contact the applicant at this point via phone or email to verify information or make any Corrections if all of
