hey everyone hope you're well today so today I'm going to go through how you download a purchase invoice from eBay whether it ebay.com or ebay.ie makes no difference there are two kind of ways this has to be done depending on what type of invoice it is so there's a that invoice or there's just your ordinary invoice depending on what your seller is um okay so let's get into the video today and we we'll look at both okay so let's go to my eBay and go down to purchase history so once you're in here we can click it so this is one I bought from the UK so it's an international order so the difference why I'm showing you this is this one generated a vat invoice because it was International so go to more actions and view order details so it just makes a slightly difference so once you're in here click on Show additional actions and now this time you can go download PDF so let's do this so let's open my other screen so it generated a beautiful tax invoice it did eBay does not do this on All Occasions so you might not be able to get this like you probably want okay so you can click file save it for your records whatever you need to do that's fine so I'm not going to save that because I've would already saved down so let's go to the other option go to my eBay go to purchase history and this is the way probably most you will have to do it unfortunately okay so let's go back and look at some older purchases not that I have that many so this time uh instead of more actions you need to click view order details here so once you're in here and you show go to Show additional actions this time there is no function for downloading the PDF the reason why this is I bought this locally here in Ireland and the chances are the seller is probably not that registered it did not generate a tax invoice it didn't so your only other option with this is to do it kind of a crappy way I don't know why eBay doesn't generate tax invoice for everything but they don't so go up here and go printer friendly page so it generates this nice page gives all the details who the buyer is and that um so the next thing you can do you can go contrl p or you can go over here and click print and then you can go to save as PDF click on that and then you can click save and save it down and it'll generate the PDF for you um it's not beautiful it's not but this is the only way that I know how to do it if they don't generate text invoice so I hope you found this helpful if you did please give the video a big thumbs up subscribe to the channel and always if you have any questions at all please just drop them in the comments below and I will do my best to answer them as quickly as I can okay enjoy the rest of your day everyone
