You know salary is not the only negotiable when it comes to the job offer. A lot of people don't realize this, but you can also negotiate your job title. My name is Bill Benoist. I'm a certified professional career coach here in Silicon Valley and in this video I'm going to share with you the technique of negotiating your job title. And by the way, if you're new to my channel please make sure you subscribe, as I do upload a new career strategy every Tuesday and this way you won't miss anything. Negotiating a job title can be just as important, maybe even more than negotiating salary. For example, your job title can have a significant impact just on your day to day happiness. But it can also show career progression, which is extremely valuable in your career development. Especially as the years go by. So how do you go about negotiating the job title? The second part is I want you to show the benefit this could be for the company, and you're gonna have to kind of come up on with this on your own because it's going to vary depending upon the job title. But let's say that this job title of senior manager is going to lead you to more credibility when speaking with clients customers and other stakeholders and with that credibility you're gonna have more influence in closing deals. Make the second part about the company, okay. Validate the reasons why you believe you deserve that higher level position and then show what's in it for the company. by doing so. It's there is. No other secret to negotiating the job title. So, I hope you found this video informative and useful. And by the way, if you are in...
