Burke you asked for a little help on adding a digital signature to your letter so I'm going to show you how to do that so this is your letter here and we are going to add a signature to the bottom okay so I'm going to scroll down to the bottom of your letter let's just apply one of the last things you'll want to do we and when everything else is ready to go so we're going to put your signature about there but first we need to open up another program called paint so I'm going to go down to the Start menu and click and do a search for paint go ahead and open up that program and that's where we'll make our signature now yours should look something like this you could always resize it to make it bigger or smaller you're going to go up near the top over here and choose the pencil and go ahead and do your best signature that you can of course you can do this as many times as you like until you get it right so it might take you a few times and mine's not so good because I'm using my laptop but just to show you kind of how it works okay so let's just say as you have your signature down and that's the way you want you're going to go to the select tool and choose rectangular selection and we're going to get a nice and tight to your signature so we only want to copy that portion of it and you're going to right click and copy and we'll go back down to the letter that you had open and go right where we want to insert your signature right click paste and there you go from here just go ahead and resize it to however you want it to look you also can right-click on your signature and under wrap text you can choose a either through or behind or in front of text I usually go with behind next that way you can get it the way you want and let's just say if you need more space just hit return and bring the signature up to where you want it get it just right before you send it off okay I hope that helps and thank you so much for your help I just write or call anytime you want thanks so much bye-bye
