I love that I can complete signatures and documents from the phone app in addition to using my desktop. As a busy administrator, this speeds up productivity . I find the interface very easy and clear, a big win for our office. We have improved engagement with our families , and increased dramatically the amount of crucial signatures needed for our program. I have not heard any complaints that the interface is difficult or confusing, instead have heard feedback that it is easy to use. Most importantly is the ability to sign on mobile phone, this has been a game changer for us.

How can I generate a PDF and make it signable?

You can sign any PDF with airSlate SignNow. Once you import your PDF into airSlate SignNow and can see it on your Dashboard, you can easily edit the file, add fillable fields to it and even eSign it. If needed, you can also add signature fields for other signers (recipients), set signing orders for them, and send the document to them for signing right from your account. They’ll be able to sign right from their emails without creating an account of their own. Simply choose My Signature, click anywhere on the document, click Add New Signature, then type your signature, draw your signature, or upload your signature. Once that’s done, choose Sign and drag and drop the element wherever you want/need it. Follow that process for the rest, but use the Signature Field element instead.

How do I use my saved electronic signature on more PDFs?

The easiest way to sign your PDF document with your saved electronic signatures is to use airSlate SignNow. It saves three preferred examples of your eSignatures and offers them as possibilities when adding fields for signatures. To save a signature (assuming you like it), use the My Signature tool: draw, type, or upload an eSignature. After that, you'll always be able to select any previously created eSignatures and use them again. Doing so significantly increases the speed and efficiency of eSigning PDFs while on the go. What is the difference between an electronic signature and a digital signature?

The most important thing to note is that both electronic signatures and digital signatures are legally-binding. For inserting an electronic signature, a signer only needs to add a symbol and indicate their intent to sign. While to digitally sign, a signer needs a digital key that confirms their identity. Therefore, it’s more challenging to close deals using a digital signature because you have to be sure that your recipient has the proper type of key (and they aren’t as simple to generate as eSignatures are).
