hey everyone today I'm gonna show you how I get my clients to sign a contract all online and the site I use for that is called Adobe sign so I'm gonna go ahead and show you guys how I do that and I'm gonna send a sample contract file to myself so this is a one of my really old contract wedding contract that I don't use anymore so on the far right you'll see that there are different boxes different information details that you can drag up to your contract and in these boxes where is where your clients can sign so for signature will be all the way at the bottom I use a box called text input there's actually a box called name but from my past experience clients weren't able to see a box with side names when I put the name box full name for some reason so I stopped using that and so I'm using text input so the clients can write these details and there's there's some boxes where it matches the information I need to be filled in for date I don't put date because if you put this date box in it actually automatically puts in the date of today so the client cannot write in this box so I don't use that box and use text input and so for now I'm just gonna ignore the videographer box usually I already have when you written down but for now I'm just gonna ignore that so let's be scroll down there's additional options for this I like to put a checkmark beside these two options so the client can easily just check off anything they want so as you can see in the email box there's a red is the red star on it I mean just that means that it's urgent that it's required for the client to sign so we're gonna make these box required I would make these box the same size but from now let's just test it out see if um see what happens like you know how how many letters can fit into this box you know these other boxes but um these are the ones that I use for the contract itself sentence to my so okay so now that's sent I'm gonna check my emails so I got it an email from Adobe sign let me know that I sent the contract somewhere I log in to my other email and your eyes see an email from myself and it's gonna click on this link to sign it it's gonna talk with my name and maybe I'll just type in I'll watch a letter I can type and get so that's good so nice not to spend time just resizing these boxes Dolby lifts me right as much as I like my box and I can even write numbers in this box which is good yeah just writing some random things making sure that everything is working check this off check that off yeah it's working the last thing I need to do is sign it so I can either type my name or just tried sign my name there's an image so if you have a image of your signature that could work getting it to your name here and that's what it looks like I'm gonna click on that button and when it send this back to myself and here you can see that I can download a copy of the contract so if I check my other email just got an email from Adobe sign saying that it's been signed and bottom I can see that I can download the copy of the contract sign and that is how I said I don't like contract to clients so it's easy it's online and they don't need to print it out sign it and then scan it and send it to me and yeah I hope this helps thank you so much for watching and I'll see you guys next time
