hi there in this video we're going to walk you through how to access review and sign your personal tax return after watching this video you will be ready to do this on any electronic device in the comfort of your own home when your tax return documents are ready to be signed you will receive two separate emails one from Jiji FL tax package and the other from Wright signature com if you do not see both of these emails in your inbox please check your junk mail first open the email from Gigi FL tax package in this email you will see a link to an encrypted message this link will take you to your t1 package on ShareFile as well as a message that contained your pin number you must have the pin to access and sign your return and write signature click the link you will be redirected to the GG FL share file login page be sure to enter the email address that received these two emails if this is your first time logging in to share file you will be directed to setup your profile if you are not prompted to set up your profile but don't know your password simply click the forgot password link if you click forgot password you will receive an email from ShareFile to create a new password if you do not receive an email please check your junk mail folder and confirm that you use the correct email address once you're logged in to share file you will see our message that includes your pin number take note of the pin number so you can use it later attachments include a copy of your personal tax return and our invoice please download review and store your tax documents and our invoice now with your PIN close by return to your email inbox open the email from Wright signature comm in this email you will see a link to review and sign your t1 document click the link some clients may receive two separate emails and documents for signature for example when a couple elects to split pension income if this is the case each spouse must access the document from their email link you cannot access the same document twice the link will take you to the right signature website where you will be prompted to enter your pin number and to the pin and then click the unlock button if you receive documents for a related tax filer please forward them the write signature email and pin so they can sign their documents now you will be prompted to sign your t1 documents right signature will direct you to all the necessary fields you can draw your signature or type your name to draw your signature you can use your mouse or if you are on a touchscreen device you can use your finger alternatively you can choose to type your name and the date in each spot indicated you once you have completed all the required fields click the submit button if you cannot click the submit button you have missed a signature or date congratulations once you click Submit the process of signing your t1 tax package is complete and GG FL will be file your tax return for you you will receive an email that confirms your document has been signed and submitted still need help with this process email us at info at GG FL CA if you have any questions about your tax return please reach out to your partner thank you
