hi everyone this is Jeremy part of your Missouri therap team I wanted to take a minute to discuss ways to collect electronic signatures on healthcare reports and ISP data reports if you're using those within the system this is the way that support coordinators or others within your organization would be able to sign off on these reports without having to print them out before we get started with that though let's take a look in the admin tab at super rolls to see the two super rolls that would need to be assigned in order to do these signatures within healthcare reports and ISP data reports so let me jump into a super roll real quick we're gonna scroll down to the section called health tracking and we'd want to make sure that healthcare report was assigned also within the ISP data section we'd want to make sure that ISP report was assigned let me head back to the dashboard and we'll start with the health care report so within the health tab let's scroll down to where it says health care report and now because I have the health care report super roll option I'm going to be able to search for a healthcare report that has been saved on page I can enter any search criteria necessary to find that report and then just click search that's going to show me a list of reports that meet the search criteria that I've entered then I can click and open that report and I'm able then to scroll through and review the information that has been included within that report when I get to the bottom then I can click that I have reviewed this report I can also attach any comments that are necessary so any review comments that I have and then at the bottom I would be able to save and notice that multiple people can do reviews of this report and add comments and recommendations and that information is just going to show in a list view here so I'm going to save my signature now to the health care report I'm going to run back to that report just for a second and go ahead and scroll all the way to the bottom just to show you that my new signature is attached here at the very bottom you I'll head back to the dashboard and let's take a second to look at ISP data reports so from the individual tab because I have the ISP report option I'm going to be able to search for reports that have been saved again I'll see a screen for search criteria and I can enter whatever is necessary to find that report and then just click search and I'll find all of the reports that match the search criteria that I have entered then I can just click to open the report that I need to review scroll through that report so that I can get to the very bottom now in this section notice that you won't see a check box that you have acknowledged the report or reviewed the report in this case you actually just need to add any review comments that you have so if I add the review comments here and then I save this report now with those new comments attached if I go back to this report it's still going to look very similar even though we didn't have that checkbox I'm going to see a list of any comments and recommendations that have been added with those comments and recommendations to the right and my electronic signature to the left you the one thing that I would point out is that when giving the ISP report and healthcare report super rolls to other people they will be able to run new reports not only view saved reports but there's no information that they would be able to report on that hadn't already been saved within those reports anyways so it's really not that much of a concern for either of those reports one thing that I would mention as well is that I would consider using naming conventions so that finding the reports is easy for whoever is searching for them this might include putting the month in the reports title or whatever you think is going to work best for your agency and others that you work with as always if you do have any other questions or you need further assistance don't hesitate to reach out Thanks
