I love that I can complete signatures and documents from the phone app in addition to using my desktop. As a busy administrator, this speeds up productivity . I find the interface very easy and clear, a big win for our office. We have improved engagement with our families , and increased dramatically the amount of crucial signatures needed for our program. I have not heard any complaints that the interface is difficult or confusing, instead have heard feedback that it is easy to use. Most importantly is the ability to sign on mobile phone, this has been a game changer for us.

regular otherwise it is like and click continue and now it opens up is a list of all the available documents for your company now be sure that you choose the right number of signers this here is the number of signers is the number of documents make sure it has the right number of signers before you choose this because if you choose the wrong number of signers you cannot change it later so I'm going to choose or credit let me also show you this I'll choose another contract as well now say I added to perhaps I don't need this one just click the X next to the name and it disappears so you can on the side of your name so we would only be able to choose one signer at a time and now I've put sign and you can see on the side here we have the signed document that has popped up and let's go take a look at the client here so now we're seeing what the client sees so across the top you see in green bar that says you are now in control of the document so that lets them know that they are in control in the document that is being accessed through your computer they can move your video window if they need to and they will need to check this box the top it says please read electronic record and signature disclosure I agree to use electronic records and signatures and click continue and if they click the yellow start arrow at the top it will jump down to where they can sign at the bottom you just need to click their sign if it fills in with your name and if you click adopted sign right here and now there are signatures in the document and they can click finish on the bottom and it says thank you for completing the a sign ceremony now if we go back to the agent you will see the same window over here you may not close the page and you can click n ceremony and that's it your document side
