alright so in this video I'm gonna walk through the Terms of Service forward slash proposal forward slash presentation okay so this is actually created through better proposals the proposal software I think it's fantastic it allows you to track when people actually open the proposal or Terms of Service or whatever how you want to call it and you can see how many times they've opened it how long they've looked at it for so you know let's say that you're wanting to have a conversation with the prospect they've booked a call right you've kind of gone through your 10-15 minutes of understanding kind of their situation where they're at or they looking to accomplish and then now you're segue to the presentation here so you can put it your image in here if you want I don't typically in my emails when I'm sending the kind of pre framing emails I have my my photo in there in the my my signature my email so they can see Who I am right so in here right my bear marquee you can even use this as well in your presentation or whatever here just letting them know you're for full service agency builds and maintains Facebook advertising sales funnels for companies such as yourself right our main objective is to drive more leads and sales for your business that will ultimately increase your bottom line keeping and learn how we'll go about doing it so go over a little bit about this here here's this next slide so magic formula you can switch this out and kind of cater this to what you would be doing for them we'll be using Facebook's detail demographic data to search or to target all knowing you have the magic formula so the magic formula really is the the finalized optimization right so where we are running a bunch of tests right through the first couple months and then we're brighter running the click campaigns and then running in the conversion campaigns and then we're finding those home runs and then we're scaling those out and so then it's once that third month hits it's about okay which which ones you want to scale out and how much more do you want to put into the bucket so that we can scale up Frank and so I like how this looks here right it's all the Facebook colors it's a magic formula and then down here is a little bit of a statement like hey relax don't worry about it our method is tried and tested okay so let's go next year so this is a process step one we build your target audience okay and then you know we mentioned you know before we get started we need to understand who your audience is you know Facebook aalverson good targeting here and then step to the development of the ad Frank will create an inner resistible offer we'll figure out kind of what your audience is looking for and we'll have a strategy right letting them know that you know dole take about five to ten days get your first set of ads live okay boom now we're into your investments you can see over here like I mentioned so the strategy here is twofold you don't take our client we don't take on every client and we become excuse me we've become very good at assessing whether we can help companies and we're excited about helping you grab we grab the low-hanging fruit available first these funds pay back your investment as quickly as possible okay and you feel free to edit some of these things out I just really like how this looks here as far as this presentation here so it's just a nice layout right the color schemes everything is all Facebook so it's just great I mean this is like you know a seed right that is grown and it's starting to grow right so and then here's like the whole kind of I think what is it Russell Brunson talks about this the value stack so your investment and what's included below you can find our cost for running your ads this is for a three month agreement that will give us enough time - folding maximized you can even put your or our campaign okay so we have proven ads that converts landing page funnel number one and landing page so number two campaign setup optimization retargeting lead notification call tracking all of this right so you want to make it look sound you feel plain that this is a whole lot that they're getting because they are right there getting your expertise they're getting all these different things or getting lead notification all this stuff right total value eight thousand dollars but our price is fifteen hundred plus 1000 ads and now feel free I created this just an example here for you to you know see how this would look but this here is just money because when when the prospect sees this and they're looking at value sector like wow eight thousand dollars but only fifteen hundred right it's a great setup so fifteen hundred right here's the ads this is the the ad spend we're looking forward to working with you right and then here is the guarantee most businesses have a risk we want to completely remove that from you and placed on ourselves so here's how it works now this is something that we came up with right you guys are going to get I mean this is such a big deal here because once you walk them through this and you let them know kind of the whole process behind this though they'll really understand where you're coming from and why it makes sense okay the entire purpose of this project is to increase the number of new leads we're getting through Facebook Ads month one right this is because remember the first two months really is just the testing the optimization the maximizing of the campaigns so that you can have those winning ads in month three and scale those out and you'll be able to just you know pour gasoline on the fire right turn the faucet on or off month one starting point five to ten needs so you're really kind of giving them the expectations right among two we turn off the ads that are not getting enough traction and continue to fine-tune the ads in the audience you know audience is resonating with 10 to 15 meets this is where we found the home run ads we'll be able to scale out the ads by simply increasing the ad spend with Facebook 20 to 30 now obviously this is all going to depend on the niche but for the most part for most leashes this is actually pretty good here and then if we don't get you an average of 20 new leads each month after month 2 which is here month 3 at least 20 and then you won't pay the following months management fee right then this starts the day of the ads go live ok so here is the next one here so this is the Terms of Service here if you would like to join us become a client then accept and then now that's been accepted okay so and then you're ready to go and so they can even well know they won't be able to interact with it online but yeah I mean it's it's it's pretty much after this slide here or even on this slide here basically let them know hey you know so the way that we work is you know because I mentioned we have a $1,500 you know well the $1,500 is our management fee right then we have $1,000 ad spend but what you can do to use a 48-hour time frame to your advantage and that's an urgency you know typically with a lot of our clients we actually have an additional thousand dollar setup fee or even you can include it in here we can go back ok um and well I don't think it would probably be the best here because we don't include it in here and so what I would recommend is one go to the guarantee talk about it here and say you know what we actually for a lot of our all of our clients we we have a thousand dollar setup fee that just kind of it's just something that we use to make sure that we're able to kind of set everything up and get everything rolling right so what we're able to do for you is if you're able to make a decision within the next 48 hours we can go ahead and wave that you know we just need the $1,500 okay so that's something that I if you're doing this presentation it's a lot it's a lot more smooth you know a lot more set accept some service and then here this is the terms of condition this is pretty much legal agreement boom ready to roll okay all right so this is part two of the Terms of Service presentation slash proposal video here so basically after this slide here we're going to go to their guarantee okay so this is pretty much letting them know as far as the guarantee that we have developed here and it says most businesses have a risk we want to completely remove that from you and place it on ourselves now this is something that we developed right that we saw that make the most sense to the business owner and to us as well give us enough time to fully maximize optimize the campaigns because in the very beginning there's going to be a lot of testing that's going to be done to really get are not getting enough traction and continue to fine tune the audience is resonating with right as far as these ads that are resonating most with the audience then we see typically 10 to 15 leads month 3 this is where we found the home run ads and we'll be able to scale out the ads by simply increasing the ad spend with Facebook right so this is where we found the formula we're able to really dial in and it's just a matter of you want to turn the faucet on or off and we can scale those out I just a matter of kind of how much extra you want to spend on the ad spend right and so this is a guarantee here that we have for after month 2 because this is a kind of the essential time that is really needed to have all the tests and find the winning ads right so if we do not get you an average of 20 new leads each month after month - then you won't pay the following months management fee okay now this starts on the day the ads go live so for the most businesses it's this is going to work out pretty well it's obviously going to depend on the niche for like if you're doing like real estate that wouldn't really work out - this case I mean you're going to have to look at what makes kind
