in this video we're going to cover how to quickly create and send a unique one-time-use document documents are used to quickly send a file and add fields to it for filling out electronically and signing typically when using the document feature we're not going to be reusing the same document again so we do not need to set it up as a reusable template starting from the home page we're going to choose one of several options for uploading your file as a document you can choose to upload from your PC by clicking here drag and drop a file to this section or even upload from four of the most popular cloud storage solutions like Google Drive and Dropbox today we'll be uploading from computer by clicking here next simply choose the file and it will load in seconds with our business premium at enterprise plans you can even use your own logo so that emails and documents received have your own custom branding the first step is to set up parties involved with filling out and/or signing the document we could use as many as we want click add me to add yourself as a party add new to add someone else add group to add a specific email group or start typing the name of a contact if you've ever sent them a document or template before I'm going to use the add me feature for this document if you need to remove a party simply click the X beside the party name to remove that person now I'm going to be adding fields to fill out and sign this document my name is highlighted so each field I pull from the Left will automatically be assigned to me as you can see here you can also easily reassign a field to another party by clicking on the field and reassigning the party here on the left hand side you'll see your tool box the signature fields are pre-populated fields and the data entry fields require input from a signer advanced fields allow you to add secured fields for sensitive data such as Social Security numbers credit cards and driver's licenses you can also add attachments to the file you can also click more actions at the top right to see more options now we can begin creating the document first I need to use a signer name field which will auto-populate the party's name next we'll use a date field from the data entry section this will bring up a drop-down list of dates and will also allow this party to type a date for the contract to begin next we'll add two checkbox fields I'll go ahead and name each one by clicking on the checkbox naming it yes and no then I'll create a group with the same name this will link them together and we will make them mandatory any field can be marked mandatory and we'll make sure the signer fills...
