My overall experience with this software has been a tremendous help with important documents and even simple task so that I don't have leave the house and waste time and gas to have to go sign the documents in person. I think it is a great software and very convenient.

airSlate SignNow has been a awesome software for electric signatures. This has been a useful tool and has been great and definitely helps time management for important documents. I've used this software for important documents for my college courses for billing documents and even to sign for credit cards or other simple task such as documents for my daughters schooling.

in this video I'm gonna demonstrate for you how to set up signature manager Outlook edition in minutes first we're gonna start off by downloading this software then I'll install it in front of you then we'll set up a x-sync dot exe and of course I'll show you how to set it up by group policy and logon script will set up the OA updating features and lastly we'll test that the signature appears both in Outlook and outlook web so let's get started so here I am on the product page I'll just go in and click download I'll enter my details download and I'll double-click the setup.exe file quick yes setup I'll click Next I'll accept the terms in the license agreement and click Next again click Next and install I'll click finish and now it's going to give me all the things I need to get started with email signatures so first of all if I click Next it's going to show me my first deployment share so what I need to do here is I can either click this button to browse to the particular server and share the folder that I want to use for my deployment share this is where all the signatures will be saved and where the X Inc program will run from or what I could do is is just type the UNC path to do this all you'd need to do is go down to Windows File Explorer I could right click click share with specific people and just decide who I want to share with close I'll click Next and I'll click Next again so by default it's only going to apply signatures to the user that's logged in to Brian James who's setting up the software but if you want you can change those rules here so for example I just want this signature to be applied to my sales team for testing for now it's all typed sales and click Add and click OK that's based on Active Directory group security or distribution group but it could be done on domain or organize this unit or any number of ad attributes I'll click Next and we'll move on to the template so in here I can choose the template I want to use on my signatures from the template library I like this one so I'll just click Next now I can click edit and I can go in and I can edit that signature template added images contact details if I want I could even install our companion product template editor on a marketing users PC so they could edit this without logging on to the server-side software but that's covered in another video so close this and in here I can actually preview how it's going to look for different users so if I type a user's name and click apply I can see how that looks with different users contact details in there now I'll click Next and what I want to do is before we're completely set up there's this e X sync XE that needs to run in the background on users computers so what we need to do is configure that to run at logon either via group policy or a logon script so what I'll do now is I'll show you how to do that so I'm gonna go to start I'll go to notepad and I'll right-click and click run as administrator and click yes now I'm gonna go to a file and open and I'm going to go to the folder where my logon scripts are held so here I'll just select all files so I can see not just dot text files and there's the logon script I want to edit click open the moment there's nothing in there but in here what I'll type is the UNC file path for this shared folder followed by IX sync dot exe so in your case this is going to be replaced by whatever server that this shared folder is on your signature deployment share I'm happy with that I'll click Save and we're done okay so once that's set up what I have to do in here is here and start in Active Directory users and computers I'd have to choose a particular user save dominic here go to properties here in his profile i want to make sure that his logon script is set to be logon dot that the file that i just added it there i can click apply and ok now that's the logon script away that I just showed you so let's assume that exactly the same way you just edited that logon script but now you want to do it via group policy fine so here we're gonna do it a slightly different way so in here I'll just type group so in here I'll go to my overall domain right click and click create a GPO or group policy object in this domain and link it here I'm just going to type a name for this that will explain and click OK now I'll just click on that group policy object now in here in user configuration I'll go to policies windows settings and then here scripts log on log off so in here in log on I'm gonna just click add and what I'll do here is I can go on the network and I can find that logon script I used previously here in webinar 1 or what I could do is if you want of course to have a little bit more resilience I'll just type the net logon for the folder that that's going to be held in I'll select log on and open and ok I'll click apply ok and we're done close those up and now we can get started with exclaim ur signature manager Outlook edition ok so let's say I've gone in here and I've set up all the signatures that I need ok now when I'm happy with all these so we've already set up e^x sync to check for new signatures and update those unuse actual computers but now what we want to do is configure this to update Outlook Web so I'll select update oil from server and click configure so when here what I need to do is specify an account with impersonation or full access rights to users mailboxes so for example a good one could be say my own administrators account or if you wanted you could in advance create an account in exchange that has those properties I'll type the appropriate password and if you're in an exchange tag environment the appropriate cast server now the last thing I just want to do is click test EWS connectivity to make sure that it is indeed working perfect now I'll click OK and ok again and I'll click Save because I'm fat I'm happy in those settings now let's make sure that this is working in Outlook so what I just want to quickly do is log in and log out automatically that e.x sync program ran at startup so when I go into Outlook here so if I click new email my signatures are in here automatically and in fact because I've appointed multiple signatures they're going to be available in that drop-down menu and now if I close this let's take a look and make sure that oh uh updated correctly so now when I click new email it's in there automatically perfect thanks for watching
