hello there my name is Adam and today we're going to look over the co-signing process using the e sign web application we're going to start off here from the dashboard if you want more information on the dashboard please check the respective video tutorial first we need to upload our document i have an invoice that needs both my friends jeans and my signature if we click on upload from my pc we can see that my file is located here and i'm going to choose that note that this will look slightly different depending on your computer's operating system great it's done we're now going to start the co-signing process click sign a document and then cosigner we're going to add in James name and her email address and we're going to click continue next you can add in an optional description of what you want to do and then continue again finally we're going to send the email notification great sabse column sent if we now click go to document we can see the invoice that we've just created no Jane will see the exact same screen is this when she follows the instructions in her email notification it's now time to add our signature we're going to click add your signature and we are presented with this page drag and drop simply means we haven't specified a location for our signature so this allows us to place it really easily now I'm going to put my fingers to just still a left at the document here simply click play signature here and agree to the terms and that's it within a few simple steps we have uploaded a document added our co-signers send the document and finally sign the document thank you for watching please don't hesitate to get in touch if you have any further questions
