To set up the date of the time, and the name of the company, and your phone number, we're going to enter menu. There's menu and function. This one has menu. Zero, and it goes, two is date and time, and three is station I.D. So, we'll do date and time, two, and it asks for the year. You enter zero-eight and then it asks for okay, so press okay. Month, you enter one-zero and press okay. Day, twenty-fourth, enter two-four, press okay. The time is nine fifty-seven so you enter oh-nine-five-seven, okay. And it'll tell you to accept it and then we're going to go station I.D. is your name and your phone number of the fax. So we'll go, change, and press okay, and then it's going to ask for your fax, telephone number, you'll enter it and press okay, and then the name. You can clear it out and you would go D, so you press three once, the letter u, which is the second letter under eight, you press until you get the u, n is the second letter here, so you press it twice, c is the third letter, so you press it, or you can just keep looking at the screen until you see what you want. A, and then n is the second letter, and then when you have Duncan, or whatever the name of your company is, press okay, and it'll tell you to accept it, and you're done. And then you stop and exit. So you got your date and time, the name of your company's in there and your phone number, your fax number's in there also. And that's how you program a fax machine.
