the H VMs signature feature allows you to add a signature to email sent from user accounts in H VMs the email signature can be managed either by the individual user or by user with administrator permissions in H VMs for a user to alter their email signature they simply select the options drop-down in the upper right hand corner of H VMs and choose edit email signature for an administrator to alter an email signature they open the user record and select the edit email signature button you can also update a user account with a reply to email address by inputting a valid email address in the email field and checking the box adjacent to use for reply to address if this H VMs user sends an email out and the recipient replies the reply to email address will default to the email address defined in this email field to alter the signature select the edit email signature button in the signature window that displays type in the details you wish to include in your signature a quick hint if you hold shift then select enter on your keyboard between typing rows of texts this will remove the space between lines of text you can use the options at the top of this window in order to alter properties of this text such as color and font style when you've completed the changes to your signature select the Save icon in the upper left hand corner to save the signature now when emails are sent out from this hv ms user account the email signature is used this email signature can be altered or removed at any point in time using the Edit email signature option
