hello and welcome back to my channel hope you all are fine and learning something creative today we have some interesting topic we will be creating an email signature in Google Docs which you can easily add in your Gmail Yahoo and outlook accounts but before starting the tutorial make sure to LIKE subscribe and press the bell icon now let's go and start the tutorial go to the insert option and select the table now select two columns and six rows from the table [Music] select the first column and right-click now select merge cells we want all the rows in first column to be merged together now go to image icon in icon bar and select upload we are going to upload the human avatar as a demo you have to select your own image resize the image using resizing handles and align it to the centre select the center line and drag it to the left now select the first row and enter your name and your designation select name and make it style as title now select designation and select the style to the subtitle and make it a line right [Music] remove spacing between first and second row by going to line spacing and selecting remove space after paragraph now we are going to add some contact informations into the cells by adding address contact number email and website select the text and make its color to Marin and text to bold now do the same with the other information to select all the four cells and select the font style and font size of your choice we are going to add some social links to our email signature for that again we are going to get the social icons from icon finder calm as shown in the previous video open new tab and type icon finder calm in the search bar search for the icon and press Enter now choose one of the icons and copy the image address go to the image icon on the icon bar and select by URL paste the copied address in the given area and click on insert again resize the iconostasis handles now quickly add other social icons too in the signature as shown in the video and make them aligned to the center to add a link to the icon select the icon and press right click on it go to the link option and type or paste your social link address and click on apply now when you click on the icon it redirects you to the particular link and it makes this email signature clickable you can also add your company name as shown in the video by adding your company name and making the font styling and sizing of your choice or do the same as in the video [Music] now select the whole table and click on the Eclipse icon on the icon bar and select the border width to zero point now select the center border and make its border width 21.5 points and border color to Marin now we are going to add the horizontal line before the social icons to make the look more catchy and elegant so here we come to the end of the video I hope you learned something new and liked the tutorial make sure to LIKE subscribe and share the video in the next tutorial we will insert the email signature into our email account till then stay blessed and good bye just
