to key in the pin so let's do that okay now we're looking at other close up of the key bed of the fax machine and I'll just quickly show you how you can to pin as explained on the QuickStart guide will show you that a little closer in a minute but it's just simply star one star followed by the pin number so let's select fax and then we'll go star one star and then the pin number which is one zero four five nine zero followed by the pound key on this fact machine we're gonna select black then it just asks since we're actually dialing to want to scan from the glass will say yes and now you usually hear it our study dial every weekend you can send exactly okay so if you should heard from the audio prompt the fax is now the pin number has been set so the device is now active so now we can actually go through and send a fax okay so as you saw we just keyed in the pin number and we actually activated the fashion seen through the fast connected service now the fax machine and the fax eta is all connected up and ready to send the fax through through in fact so let's do that right now when I go to ground fax and suggest a document that I've got we've got a signature your typical facts that you need to send through so we'll put it into the fax machine and hit the fax number with these types of course you always have to bottle one so we'll do one alright so got the number dialed in it's go and out as you can hear going off hook tightly you also notice on the fax a to your lifestyle the green lights on port one has gone off of that kind of gives you a good indication that the so at this point it's just gonna it's transmitting the image as soon as it hangs up the fax is that fast connected and eFax will then get it and actually send it through your account so it's just about then again you can see the light still on here so you know it's still actually transmitting the facts to the facts connected service okay just get the confirmation the light's gone off so the fax is now sitting at fast connected and in if second or two it's been sent to you fast now we'll go to the computer and actually look at the confirmation that came back from the fax the here's the notification that came back and as you can see this is just the standard facts notification that you fax sends you the only thing that's different is the subject says fax machine so it really gives you an easy way to tell the difference between your standard faxing from the desktop fax notifications and the ones now that are coming from your fax machine and they'll give you the same information the fax number it will sent to light transmission 19 things like that - so again you'll see how the fact machine is merged right into e fax and complements what you're currently doing and sending faxes
