in this video you learned how to split a disclosure package and send the separate files for signature as a buyer's agent you will likely receive a complete disclosure package as a single pdf document from the listing agent glide makes it easy to review large documents by automatically splitting them into individual forms you can also send the separate forms to the buyer for signature let's start on the transaction overview page on the left menu click documents on this page we can upload a disclosure package into the disclosures folder we created this folder from a transaction template which you can learn how to do from the video how to set up a transaction template you can also add a new folder on each transaction to organize and group different types of documents the disclosure package is uploaded let's open it in the top right corner click the split button with one click you can divide the disclosure package into separate documents glide reads the package recognizes all car standard forms and automatically separates each form if glide does not recognize certain pages because the original scanned copy was low quality or they are custom brokerage forms or local advisories you're asked to name the document and specify the page range in the bottom left corner check this box if you want to delete the original package document after splitting click split in the bottom corner to continue on the documents page you can see the individual disclosures to send the disclosures for signature select all documents and then click e-sign on the action bar at the bottom of the page confirm the documents and scroll down to see two optional check boxes if you check the first box glide automatically adds signature tabs to all of your documents saving you time on each transaction since you no longer have to go page by page on a large package check this box if you want to replace the original documents with the fully executed version once the buyer has signed review the documents on the prepare page and click continue login to docusign to sync with glide confirm the documents you can see that glide has placed signature tabs in fields where the client needs to sign scroll through to make sure all the tabs are placed and then click send glide returns to the documents page you can see the documents have the status waiting for signature click the signature requests button in the signature requests section you can track the status of documents that are out for docusign signature we can see our document is sent and is currently showing waiting for others we're done in this video you learned how to split a disclosure package and send the separate files for signature
