Esigning lease amendment

i'm going to show you how to do an e-signature for an amendment you have your amendment page open um and by the time you're doing your e-signature you probably filled all of this out already but just in case and because this is a sample i'm going to go ahead and put this in okay and just the sample stuff and we have additional forms and because um it is an amendment in order to get the e-signature package you have to affirm the amendment first yes i'm sure no and you'll click no they have not signed it yet continue continue select the forms that you need and we talked about services and special factors we need the notes and the parent consent um and we need a notice of meeting and that's it submit okay so now we can go back in to our iep into our amendment preview and print and then generate the e-signature package i'm going to go through that one more time so in current iep you're going to go to your amendment here's our amendment that we've affirmed preview and print generate e-signature package is now an option we're going to select up here because we want all of the affirmed pages generate the e-signature package it's already got me on here so i'm going to go ahead and leave me on there but if not if you need to add the people you can add their full name their title their email address again you do not need cell phone numbers you can email and the team members the password and we're going to include that and include that send our e-signature package now that our e-signature package is generating in just a second um an email will come up there we go okay and i'm gonna okay so now i have the emails to sign click review documents enter the password and i had emailed the password out all right here where's the pages if we need to review them since i am not the parent i did participation only i'm not gonna worry about this part for parents again they need to make a selection again not the parent don't need to worry about this so for team members this is our part i am an lea team member signing in participation only sign and submit okay we're gonna go through and do that again with the other sample one i sent this one and i can do as the parent parents again this is what it'll look like consent agree don't have to worry about that sign and submit coming back over here to your sace amendment page we have now received all of the signed documents so we're going to go up here and click yes the parent has signed the amendment view our signed documents we don't need to avoid it we don't need any of that we're going to click add attachment and now our e-signature package for the amendment is done it is attached and there we go
