hello everyone welcome back to another two minute tuesday today i have a super short one um i don't know if we should even start the countdown but let's start the countdown and let's go so one of the uh requests that i get the most from users when i'm doing user training or even from customers when they're implementing is they want to see the ability to introduce signatures into the emails they send out of dynamics and that is whether you send an email manually or you're you know putting something together like it's part of customer service and until recently that was kind of difficult to do especially when it came to dealing with multiple signatures but that's not the case anymore check this out i'm going to navigate i'm here on the sales app but i'm going to navigate to personal settings and when i go to personal settings there's a section for email signatures and you can add as many as you want in here so let's add a couple let's say this is my primary signature and i'm just going to call it primary it doesn't really matter i'm going to make this one my default so that way select it automatically and i'm just going to keep it simple i'm just going to say gus gonzalez primary signature why not all right uh and then we're gonna save and close and that's it that's our signature that's that's the default uh let's add another one just a secondary one uh so secondary and this one will say something like um i don't know um elevate solutions customer service department something like that if i can type save and close so now i have two signatures in there so the idea is once again you're putting an email together i'm just gonna do it quickly right here manually so i'm gonna go into the email and boom the primary signature is introduced so now i can go ahead and type my email in here my signature will be there the creator for the signature is a you know it's a full-on editor so you can add signatures logos that kind of thing typically what i like to do is i like to just copy the one from outlook and paste it here and that way you get all the formatting and links and everything that goes with it and of course now you have the new button up here that says insert signature so if you want to change that to let's say the secondary you can just pick that and as you can see it replaces it for the secondary one i hope you enjoyed the tip this week don't forget to subscribe if you're enjoying these tips it's free come on just hit the subscribe button we'll see you next week
