It almost looks brand new except for the strap that got him to request a lifetime warranty replacement. So let's take a look at different sections to see if there are any wear and tear. Physically it looks pretty darn good no scuff marks or scratches, even the bottom looks good, even though the bag has been put on rough and wet surfaces over the course of three years. Now my coworker did mention one area that was affected and that's going to be the strap, as you can see where the strap connects to the bag there's some noticeable fringing and the materials are peeling a bit but for three years that's the only thing noticeable which is pretty amazing. Now Peak Design does have a lifetime warranty on this bag, so my coworker put in a claim and was sent another bag which is actually the version two, which is an upgrade to this for one bag. The claim process was really easy and straightforward, as all we had to do is fill out an online form and submit a photo of the affected area. Boom! Two days later he got a response and he was shipped the other bag at no extra cost. Now he does have to send this one back but even that's taken care of. Peak Pesign has sent him a prepaid return label and no cost to him and, one thing though, they did send up Peak...
