this is a summer quick start video concerning documentation creating documentation and viewing documentation it's only designed to get you to that first few days to you start learning more about the system so when you open a patient chart you'll see documents somewhere in your workflow and you can click on a document once and view the document within the workflow you can also double click on that admission A to B or you can say open document and open it into a separate window when your while you're in this separate window you can go ahead and do a kind of a fancy form of copy and paste when it's appropriate for example if I wanted to copy this physical exam I simply left-click my usual mouse button click and hold let go this little tag shows up I click tag now those all the tag texts I can do that as many times as I want will show up in the documentation creator so I'll click this exit here or unclick that red X in the right-hand corner I want to as well so now that I'm got my documents the one thing I have to do or the one thing I'm I strongly recommend is that you add your problem that you're managing to the problem list and nothing else unless you see problems that are completely wrong and then you can feel free to remove those but if you're stepping into a case consulting ad the problem that you need that you're managing if it's not there and then move on if I'm just trying to get through this I'm not sure all this what's going on here but I just want to create a document I can go straight down here my navigation pane to the left and click on what I want to create let's say it's a problem list a problem correction a progress note I'll click progress note it will open the documentation creator and now I'm simply can dictate in what I need here if there's problems that flow in that are not mine from the hospitalist or from anybody else and you don't want to have in your note you simply hover over it click the X they go away click anything that you don't want now anything I don't fill out let's say on this progress note I really I'm not putting in a review of systems let's say I'm just putting in a couple points in my subjective and I'd I don't have to click the X here if I put nothing in it it will not show up in my progress note there's my tag text so if I did want to put information in here I just drag it over let go tag text window disappears and there's my tag text with a footnote showing where it came from to move around quickly in this documentation I can click tab to move to the different...
