so we've accomplished a great deal in the last few weeks first we formed a youtuber brand company we registered we file it with the Secretary of State in my case I formed an LLC you can always form a corporation I made it I made a decision based on certain personal concerns but you can make other decisions I will leave a link to the up two video why I made those decision up above and down below so you can check it out see which way works for you but I made a decision I formed an LLC then the next video I actually drafted the operating agreement and we went through it described different provisions of that operating agreement I gave you a form you can download again I'll leave a link up above and down below to that video so you can check it out so what's left for us in this initial stage well we really didn't put it all together and we need one more thing actually two different documents encompassing one single event which is we need a meeting and yet one person holding a meeting is kind of strange but we need that formality for legal reasons we need to hold a meeting the minutes since you what I discussed with myself kind of in schizophrenic kind of way I need to write down this is what I discussed those are the minutes and I need to reach certain resolutions right what we decided it's part of that we're going to acknowledge the formation of the LLC the acceptance of the operating agreement and a bunch of other things so this is what we're doing today hi my name is Lee or lessor I'm a tech lorry this this is youtuber law and today we're going to draft the initial resolutions of our youtuber company effectively we are going to hold the meeting that meeting everything that's discussed is going to be memorialized in minutes and the resolution the end result everything that we decide is going to be been memorialized and except this part of the resolution we're going to start at the end really just drafting those resolutions next time we're going to go through through the minute and that's going to wrap everything up and going to finish everything that we need to do in the beginning to really establish our company and set it up in such a way that it can protect our assets our intellectual properties our brand into the future okay so let's start as always we're going to work through a document they've already drafted the information obviously it's going to be a lot of it's going to be general pertaining to anybody who wants to use it but some of it is obviously specific to my youtuber company might plan on how I want to run things I will take that particular information out that will leave blanks in it and so you...
