the stock price for the next week's months and i was making research quite a long time for it because no one did it in youtube what i was checking the videos in youtube no one talked about the exact valuation no one no one was talking about it so i i found it it might help you guys because i was making the longer research how can we can be valued this stock because i think it's very important thing right now if this merge will happen so you guys know when to sell what what price is good for you to sell and so you can take maximum of the profit and you are happy with the gains so you are happy like that with your gains after the murder will happen i will will go through exact exact price targets for the stock and quick news updates it was just posted by the lucid motors an hour ago that they are searching for an analyst and investor relations so that can mean only one for that they are getting ready to go public through a spark also we had this news that the governor of the public investment fund in saudi arabia will be taking on trm on monday and as you can know as you know they got big shares 62 percent on cciv it's in the merger monday and is in the merger monday so and what is this murder monday so the practice by companies of announcing major majors and acquisitions on monday oh this is the old news that they got andrew liveries on the board of lucik and on the board of the charter capital and michael klein is ceo of the charging capital and our advisor of public investor fund i think now the most important thing because this deal is almost almost almost sure that it will be close on monday if this deal is closed so we must talk about valuation what what prices should we expect and what prices are good to sell when should we sell so i think we should straight forward go to the exact valuation for the charity capital corporation so first of all no one is talking about it but as you can see there after the the merge is done the stack for the new company is usually 20 percent of the common stock but let's look at the latest merge latest merges with which happened at ictc as you can see the merge happened and they had only 11 percent of the post-close ptra same there the merge happened and they had this deal will have 25 percent of the of the shares in this deal they will have 11 percent of this of the shares in this deal they will have 17 percent of the shares so we can assume that it can be around 15 percent uh i don't i don't think so that it will be more so what does it mean for the uh stock price what can it mean for the stock price but first of all these saudi arabia pif on 67 percent of lucid and i don't think so that they will like divide their shares that they will they lower their share percentage so for the shareholders it will be less because they are negotiating with lucid now ccib but if they got so much in this saudi arabia 67 percent because they helped with investment of 1.3 billion they helped in 2018 they helped the lucid motor so it doesn't bankrupt so if we assume it will be 15 percent and the current valuation is it's it's more because it doesn't include three hours so it should be like right now should be six billion and so how to value the stock price after the merge so first of all we have to look at the market cap right now which is around 6 billion it can be more at the merge but let's take a price of 7 billions because i think we might see a huge run up before this merge so seven billion and depends on how many percent they got but if they got 15 percent so till the 100 percent we must 7x so because 15 multiplied by 7 is almost 100 is 105 but approximately 100 percent to make exact valuation we must take seven and multiply it by seven so it give us 49 billion for the charter capital corporation so the valuation of it from the current price or if the price will be seven dollars it will and they got 15 percent of charging capital corporation shares so it will mean the valuation of losing will be 49 billions and if it's a a lot or not we will talk soon they got 10 percent of the state of these shares so we should multiply it by 10 so if tomorrow the stock will be 7 billion so and they will have 10 percent of the shares so the valuation will be 70 billions of the lucid so the valuation must be 70 billion so you don't lose your money your investment when you bought bought it at the the monday price and for example if the valuation would be uh seven billion and they will have 15 percent so we multiplied it by six so we got like 42 billion so we can assume 40 maybe 50 billions this company will be worth and what is possible possible valuation of this company and now is a good question so here is very important thing they are expecting to have initial vehicle production capacity of 34 000 units very important and they want to expand to 400 000 units toward the end of the decade they want to build one million vehicles a year by 2027 so it's a huge number huge number so a huge they got a huge expectations and the investors are often willing to pay extra for the for the potential and we can compare it for neo for example like neo is valued at 97 billions right now so we can uh some is 100 billions and the neo delivered 21.6 000 vehicles in 2020 in total and rooted lucid motors is expected expected to have 30 34 000 initial production and right now neo is valued 100 billion so we can assume it will be at least 100 it should be more than 100 billion so it should be more than 100 billion because if they will be producing more than neo and neo is chinese company and as we know the u.s company will always be valued more than chinese company so for example you can take a look at tesla which is valued at 800 billions so if we even make it between neo and tesla which is highly possible if we even make that if tesla is 800 billions and this company is 100 billion and if they got such a high expectations you see 34 000 right now so more than neo in the in the first year also next they want to expand it to buy one million vehicles by a year by 20 20 27 and tesla is producing now 500 000 vehicles and tesla is trading at at 800 billions so even if it's trading and the half price of tesla it can be for me it can be trading it in the price of half of the tesla's price in the few years next seventh year if they make this expectation of one million vehicles a year they can be trading of of tesla value right now of 800 millions so in the long term they can be traded at 800 billions so depends on how many percent because it's highly depend on the company so depends on how many percent the charging capital corporation will have but if they got like 15 percent which is quite optimistic in in my opinion but it it's it's possible so if if they got 15 percent so once more for example this 7 billion which will be 7 billion price which will be tomorrow and we multiple it by six so it's 42 billions so to even to valuation of the neo when the valuation of neo right now is 97 billion is 2x but i think we can be closer to tesla's elevation so it can be around not even one half 800 so it can be valued 200 billions compared that they have such a high production so it can forex and in long term if they plan to produce more vehicles than tesla is producing right now and that's like 800 billion market cup so even they will have half of the market cup producing more twice as much vehicle or the same market cup so if they got the same it can 20 x or if they got half market cap it can 10x it can x from 42 billions it can 10x or even 20x so i hope it makes sense guys so this is the exact thought process of mine and they are already they will be already producing their their cars in q2 they will be available available this air dream edition and this this more expensive editions from 170 thousand 140 000 or 95 000 so there there all will be um available like in q2 of 2021 and then in q4 and this the cheapest version will be available in 2022 so they are still so they are there they got plan of making their products and they already got got pre-orders from what the ceo said this one guys is important how to handle being rich it can be our problem after the ccib merge happen with the lucid so so be careful guys and once more this stock got a huge potential if they will have 15 percent of the shares of the total lucid shares that can mean that we can easily 2x or 4x in the long term i think the 200 billion it can hit it is very hyped stock it got a lot of potential and the future growth which investors are willing willing to pay extra so this is my price prediction and if you want a closer breakdown of the lucid company about the lucid and ccav after the merge so which we'll talk about more about the company but right now the cheapest price uh to sell the pciv is forty dollars after the merge or even i would i would personally hold field uh sixty or even eighty dollars uh price but depends on how we it will be going but 40 dollars i think is at least after the match and long term if you wanna if you're willing to wait long term so this price can keep hit even it can even hit two hundred
