Initials sales report
all right business partners in this video I'm going to show you how you can access your free a sales report from an adjective in that sales report you're going to be able to track all your sales the Commission's that have been paid to you the Commission's that are still owing to you you'll also be able to track your downline sales all in one easy to navigate site plus we're going to review the genealogy for the APA card holders so stay tuned that's all coming next okay when you signed up to be an an adjective you would have received an email from an adjective been sent with a password and signing instructions for your free sales report it would have come from the email I've got listed here send - only at an adjective that's coming from manager com so check your email search that see if it's there if you don't find it no problem but you'll need to send an email in with your ID asking for access and you can send it to e8 PA and in adjectives JP which is Japan and here's the login page so you'll have to get that information before you can access this and the login page will looks very similar to this so just pop your details in it will come to the nad Jakarta which has some great information from an a jacuzzi and updates but what we're going to focus on is this area right here which is the the green box it says distributor support and service this is free for all in adjectives strippers okay here you land on your page you're going to see your name of your account right up here and if you're just getting started then you're just going to have access to the sales report if you're a 6a and above you'll start to be able to access genealogies for your whole team but let's just go with the sales report so here's the basic outline that you land on and see on the distributor number here's mine if you have multiple distributor IDs please make sure they're all linked here you can click this scroll down window and it will get access to it and you'll search the region that you're looking for you can even do payments purchasers direct but we want to just keep this real simple for this video you can play around this on your own so my suggestion is hit the date and actually just log in when you got started in the business so I'm going back to 2010 and I just do November 1st 2010 so that means anything any report I'm going to look at will definitely include all the activity that's been in my business right so that's just one helpful little point from there you're going to pull up your sales report now and it's pretty straight forward but let's walk through this over on the left hand side we're gonna look at the columns this is the number of sales that's the sales date then you're gonna have the purchaser there's a column if it's toker i toker i will be indicated with triangle which is the good samaritan access by magic if there's been any cancellations there'll be a Japanese character in this column it'll be the rank that this person is currently at in your organization the product that was purchased the u.s. conversion which means if they bought k-8 it's gonna be 49 80 if they bought an SD 5 139 80 so they're just gonna give you the value of that overall the payment whether they made a single payment meaning they financed it or paid for it fully on their credit card or two payments means that they use the energy in house program if they did you'll also see the method that happened how long they are on the magic payment system for example here at 16 months you'll see a lot of 16 months that is generally what people do any remarks if that's necessary and then paid is a really important column this is meaning when the initial check was sent out by a magic so if there's two columns which we'll review that means there's actually it hasn't been paid at this level then you have the direct purchaser this has been the sponsor in most times that you'll be able to see the point type this is how much you're actually getting paid so 1.3 points this was me getting started into my business the currency that you're getting paid in and the exact amount so those are the the kind of put a frame to this now let's go into this a little bit deeper as we moved in done and I blocked out that the names and the ID numbers just for a little bit of privacy here but you'll see that if you have something that has two lines this indicates that this customer purchased on the anodic in house payment system right and we come over here they're doing the sixteen months and this first paid date was when the special points got released and the second one is when the customer fully paid off their program after sixteen months of including any late fees that might be there then in ajik releases the rest of the Commission's so very important to track it this way here's another example down below it was someone on the anodic in-house program the initial pay date but see this box is empty meaning that this person actually hasn't paid off their program and that Commission hasn't been sent out which creates a little bit of a challenge so we want to do our very best when people are going through the magic payment system and we're gonna give you some little clues coming up on how to track that a little bit more but as you can see this is pretty straightforward let's go to the next slide we'll get a look so it's a continuation of what you'd be looking at here's the tow cry meaning that they couldn't afford a system but they had someone who was a buyer so the company enters them in in as a tow cry and both those sales get processed on the same day and this tow cried does count for a full sale and here is an example of the Japanese character meaning cancellation so very rare does anyone ever send it back within 15 to 30 days in North America generally this is more to do with you con which we'll cover later but just getting a sense of how this works let's talk about the energy payment system for a second indicated with the double line as we've seen in the sales report really important is check the expiry date of the credit card whenever you sign someone up into this program if the expiry date is 10 months but the person is on a 16 month program obviously they are going to have to update their credit information within ajik now you as the sponsor or the senior leader here should really make a personal note of that and then contact this purchase or yourself after 10 or 11 months get the new information and send it into an adjective you know eventually get paid every quarter check the status of your magic payment signups to make sure payments are happening people lose their credit cards that cancel and all of a sudden all those automatic payments that they had all of a sudden cease or people go through some financial challenges and they're not paying it so we want to capture that as early as possible so that you can have a good conversation with a purchaser and get things back on track how I do that is I contact the local in ajik office and ask for an EEPROM status update so you'll see in the genealogy if people are buying in Mexico Calif the United States Canada Europe and you contact that office in the United States you'll call the finance department they don't do it by email here's the number indicated here so you can call in with five requests for an adjective and if you're in Canada send in an email with all the IDS in the names that you can see on your genealogy and ask for an e program status update and they're really good to getting back to you now they'll not going to tell you everything but they'll tell you if people are active or not and that's really the key so if you're doing it every quarter you can really stay on top of things it's very difficult to get people you know after 16 months you think you're gonna get paid and they haven't actually been paying for ten twelve months to get them back on the program so we want to eliminate that right off the bat here is another example of the genealogy and I want to talk about this right here is the cancellations so this will because of the Yukon and we're gonna go through that a little bit deeper coming up but you'll see that this will pop up on your screen but everything should be pretty much straight forward from there you'll see the different types and what offices they were purchased in for example here's the United States all the other ones Canada all right and then at the end of your sales report it changes a little bit so we want to talk about this u.s. conversion and you can see this account is at ninety three sales or so they're really close to going to six a so I use as an example because to get to six a you need a hundred one sales plus equivalent of three hundred thousand US dollars to be qualified so this amount is 273 so they're doing really well that's what this US conversion means so if you're getting paid one point that means it counts towards your overall group sales and they're going to just take the total of the retail cost of that product and add it into this volume all right so so we're getting close this person will easily get to a hundred and one and three hundred thousand I'm over here this is what we all like to see is our what we're getting paid so you can add up your commissions here so here's the paid amount on this particular account even though there are 93 sales we've put all the sales in a one-point Lane way because of that particular stacking strategy that we've been going through so this is how much has been paid this is how much has not been paid so that's generally that will be because of an adjuvant system so those are due for a total in this account if everything gets paid out so this is a great place to check and that's the general overview of the sales report so let's talk about the second side of the sales report you're back at the same page you know the login and now we're going to access the magic e8p a membership card now this gives you full access to read the genealogy which is really your bubble tree the sales report covers everything for free for our distributors but when you're a leader and you've got a larger team you want to have access to the genealogy the bubble tree so how do you do that is through purchasing one of the cards from in ajik this gives you points towards flights to events and also attending in Japan any big events they're usually big event March so you have different grades so you can check this out in the magic website but they started the bronze for a thousand silver two thousand gold four thousand platinum six and black card 8000 with the EAP a card you're gonna have access to this the distributor genealogy solution right so when you do that you're a whole genealogy is gonna pop up so this is really for when you start to get to you know closer to 6a and above this is very handy so here's just a general overview of how it looks and works I like to keep this slide zoom this moves back and forth so you can actually increase or shrink down your genealogy I do keep the menu auto on because whenever you click you can get a little side window that pops up which I'll show you but here's the general overview you can type in any distributor ID in your downline so maybe you have multiple accounts or you're looking specifically for somebody and you want to get access to that count just pop it in here as I mentioned guys you want to have this menu auto turned on so whenever you click any of your genealogy bubbles you'll get a side menu that opens up on the top here I've clicked on legend and this allows you to see what the numbers and the different colors will pop up in your genealogy so you can get a good read on it I want to bring your attention to these three right here so on each one of the bubbles you'll see that there's three numbers the first number is the number of eight points that have been paid in that month to that account second number is the number of group sales that have occurred in that count and then the third number is the accumulative eight points that have been paid in the lifetime of that account so all three of those numbers pop up right here here so that's the legend I also want to take a little note here I've checked hide trailing 1a bubbles as you grow your business you're gonna have a lot of 1 a's that might just be customers so you want to kind of make your genealogy a little cleaner so i would click on there get rid of all the 1 a's and then you have this high trailing f' bubbles the f' bubbles are people that may have grown a business or may have made some sales along the way but they're not qualified so it's been 2 years and so they will also in account so you can remove those because generally that's not important information for you in your business you just want to focus on I'm we're actively is happening and your business is growing so I would highlight and check both of those and once again you just want to experiment with the activity down in this region I'd like to have it on the horizontal view you may prefer the vertical view so check that over so whenever you click on one of those little bubbles it's going to open up this legend on the side so you can see my account here that it's in the branch here's my current rank I'm in the Canadian the sales status this is the SP so I'm qualified I've had one eight point this month and so here's an important thing I'm not gonna show you mine what for example you're gonna have two numbers here you're gonna have the the one in the brackets is how many sales is run through but then your it's gonna be minus the cancellations and then this is going to be your true a number for this account the data was purchased the last sales date so this is your last direct which is really important to know and then it will actually count down the qualifications which we'll cover in a moment right here so this is important to make sure that you're qualified in getting paid the full amount and then this last feature is really important when you're starting to count where the points are being distributed in your organization especially if you're looking for the incentive which is the ten sales in a month you want to make sure that we're a sale is happening the points are leading back so that everybody's getting paid that needs to get paid there so my sponsor when she got into the business she sponsored me as a one eight and so that tells me that side story so you can also duplicate that when you're looking at your downline and see this is nine hundred ninety nine days of qualification this means this will pop up whenever your this account is qualified with bukhan and so I've got uh con Sigma here so I'm fully qualified the entire time of the program here is another example much the same but you'll see down here this changes a little bit so there is the countdown from and we'll cover the qualifications right up next but you'll see there's six hundred and six days that I'm still going to receive Commission's on but on six hundred seven days I'm 100% out of commissions and not qualified and the rank that this account was signed up in was a five a mine so let's talk about the qualifications and ajik ninety days after a direct sale you lose the special point this is called the SP status so your other qualified or not from your downline sales so what does that mean I sell a system to Jerry Jerry is very excited about the business and he's making five sales a month whether for the first three months I'm getting paid full commissions but on the fourth month since I haven't made another direct sale instead of receiving on the KH three hundred and forty dollars they take away the special point which is seventy dollars and now I'm getting paid to seventy on the five sales that Jerry makes in this fourth fifth and six months because I'm not SP qualified right so that's how it works on the six months and after they will half the Commission's right here fifty percent reduction so an example Jerry continues to sell on his seventh month he's selling cakes like crazy and he's instead of getting paid 270 now at half the commissions and now I'm getting paid $135 alright so significantly less this is about 40% of the Commission so you're losing out 60% of the Commission's Jerry continued to grow a great business he's selling five sales a month so for the next 18 months I'm receiving 135 but after two years of me not making a direct sale I'm 100 percent out of the Commission's meaning I don't earn anything in the sales that Jerry makes do not count towards my overall volume alright here's the example now the solution is anytime you make a direct sale you're immediately 100% qualified and you will always get paid the full amount on that sale but now the two-year clock gets reset right now an easy way to avoid all of that confusion is to purchase bukhan when you con active you are 100% qualified and eligible to earn commissions and sales from downline in that Business Center generally what that means is you buy a water system you buy a new connot a CH to it so any activity that happens in this business it's fully qualified and any activity that happens under this Center which is your econ you'll be fully qualified bukhan Sigma is a three boxes it's one-year supply it counts for one full sale and it acts as a permanent position immediately in the prices in North America 1980 bukhan DD which is a four-month supply it retails for 760 it counts for one sale every renewal but you need to renew it three times in order for it to be a permanent position which is the one-year amount right which is really important so there is a benefit to ordering at every four months cuz it counts for I say an additional sale it's a little bit more expensive so that's the trade-off but if you don't renew it three times when someone cancels they actually lose the position is not permanent so they lose that so you don't want to be building a downline underneath a new composition that isn't permanent long term and any sales that happened they'll be erased now what does that mean here's an example back to the genealogy you see the the Japanese characters here and this is an econ DD account this is an econ renewal this was the combo pack and this is another con now I know that these these four sales were actually from two customers and they bought the Yukon and renewed it once but they didn't renew it a second time because that when they cancelled those initial two sales become cancellations as well so you don't get that overall account now they calculate that in magic count calculates that when you're going towards your six a rank advancement so throughout if you're going from 3 a 2 4 8 a 5 out they're not adjusting that on the fly they'll adjust it and that calculation comes really into play when you move towards your 6 8 so you want to make sure I'm especially if you're doing the business that you're if you're doing a MOOC on DD you're gonna renew it for at least three times and we're gonna explain a little bit more why it's even better to go long term so hope that makes sense now here's just a few tips on compensation plans strategy which they'll probably be other videos that will go much more into depth but since we're right here when opening a leg that you wish to build under I recommend that using the MOOC on DD and not the Yukon Sigma for this why well this usually happens when you get to you're 21 you're for a position and we coach to open up a second ID so that you can start to build that accountant and you know move towards taking all eight points the reason for going with an econ DD in this position is it qualifies your top position a hundred percent of time now you're eligible for commissions and sales in both places one ever sent now most people when they come in with a trifecta they've got through con Sigma for the year so they've already been earning commissions and sales from the gue con but this is another layer of strategy when you're moving for because the con signal will run out after one year cannot be renewed whereas the Yukon D D can be continued to renew so you can actually continue to build under that license for years right and in doing so every time it's renewed its qualifying the top position and the lower position so qualifies your top position eligible for yukon commissions and sales and one percent of your business right the bone is to this which I just mentioned leucon DB allows for renewal continuously versus leucon Sigma which is a one-year maximum so you don't have to open a new leg maintains 100% qualification now if you're a new person this is going to be a little bit more information than you need to know but when you're getting to for a this is the information you need to know and I really consider it bukhan for life when you get to that 21 for a position and you buy Yukon DD the greatest thing you can do for your long-term success in the business is just consider that a magic insurance policy that you're fully qualified in your top position you're building a second leg your your business is growing you just want to keep that bukhan DD always active the moment you cancel it the perk that the position is permanent but now you have two centers that not qualified so if you wanted to qualify them in the future you're gonna have to buy a GU con for both positions so that doubles your uh con commitment versus if you had just kept it the one time its qualifying in both positions check in with your sponsor in your upline for more details on that in general guys I hope this has been a really informative information on how to access your sales report to look through your genealogy get a little bit more information you know get back to your upline leaders if you have some questions around that and I wanted to remind you and what a lot of people don't know where there were an advocate from so it's EnergyPlus magic isn't magic wishing you the very best in your business and see you on a mastermind coming up soon bye
