stuff that is related to digital signature on a digital document can be achieved easily with the DocuSign and today we're gonna learn how we can integrate the DocuSign application with Salesforce so for that we will go to our Salesforce org first logging into your Salesforce org let's go to the Lightning experience first first step is to download the doc web doc use sign up so we'll go to app exchange I'll go to set up and search for have exchange a virtual marketplace you can click here so in this market app exchange market you can search for DocuSign so it's coming for me you can select this one DocuSign a signature for salesforce the world number one a signature solution click on this and click on get it now open the login screen allow it yeah now it's asking us to install it in this Ark or in the sandbox I'll say install here for this org and you click the checkbox I have read and agree the terms and condition it gives you a one month free subscription so confirm and install and install for admin only so I said yes install all the feature yes and click checkbox click continue it takes some time so it's showing the message that this app is taking a long time to install you can see click done and close this model you can go to install packages and we can track the status here whether the app is installed yet or not once it's available it will reflect here let's wait some more time I mean to your registered email ID and then you refresh your page and you will able to see the install package DocuSign a signature for salesforce it's active now let's go to the app launcher and search for DocuSign now you can see there is an app doctor sign here you click on this so here you have many tabs like here you can check your local sign status your envelope configuration you have different standard objects account contacts leads contracts and the most important one is DocuSign Edney so first we'll select our home sign it mean so now we have to sign up for if you don't have an account for DocuSign you just click sign up if you already have unit you can login into the account so I don't have I'll click on sign up and it asked for my number next so it says your free trial account is almost ready check your email for activated activation link so once you go through your email you will see this kind of email from DocuSign and click on activate it will take you to the top design website and ask you to set your password and click activate so now you have logged in successfully you can see you have the trial account 30 days left you your account will be expire on 26th of March not much after my 26th May and let's go back to our or Salesforce all know you logging into doctor side from here click login so doctor sound DocuSign account login successfully and now it's asking you for the Salesforce or password so that your DocuSign and CH force can be in sync so enter your password hit the check box and hit that so once you hit the connect now you have logged in successfully and it changer message installation complete select layout to add DocuSign a signature or Salesforce buttons and this top page layout select user to grant access so I get four settings so under this tab you can do your setting whether to hide the now beside Now button or hide the next button all those I didn't show on all the setting features you can manage here within the layouts within the layout you can select whether you want this dog feature for the all or for classic buttons or for lightning and mobile action so in this demo we'll select contact layout so this DocuSign feature will be available for the contact layout and it's saved then next we'll go to the custom tags so in custom tag will create new tags so I'll give this name accounting related field to Salesforce select yes and it's related to which object contact and within contact it's an account ID account ID reference type and select account name and we want this layout this custom tax to be read-only and shared so whichever custom tag you'll create you've been able to add in your document a document that you want to send to your customer for digital signature and go down and hit so I'll go with any document that I have suppose it's my resume I'll go with this and I'll give some name you can dress it into the envelope if you want more I'll click recipient preview so this is our dog that he has loaded so in the preview you can see click Next and if you want any field to come below you can try it from here otherwise we can do it while we were sending so let's click Save and close our template is ready let's go back to our Salesforce org let's go to contacts and I have one contact created sales was true you can create new one it is always prefer to create a new one and now you can see talk assign status DocuSign recipe status is coming under the related tag and if you want to send something or any digital document to the mr.
