good morning all good morning so I can already tell that you are an audience that I like to work with because I hear chatter going on I can't tell you the number of times I've walked into a room and then I've been asked to speak and it's silent so I like to definitely have you participate during my discussions so as I talk I will be asking questions of you so please talk loud this is a big room and I'll try to repeat if I don't repeat somebody throw their hands up and tell me repeat so that we can all hear it because I can certainly you can all hear me I don't know that everybody can hear you all so I I'm interested to understand before we get started so we have a couple minutes left how many of you have been participating in the GIS managers tract of the summit and things like that so you've been going to a lot of those events and a lot of those series how was Tuesday the big summit Adam talked and several other folks oh it was less interactive this year okay fair enough what else what did you think of it were the topics on point you learning a lot oh goodness um I don't have the agenda in my head but I do know that that was a special day of the GIS summit that was a series of integrated activities and discussions that was basically an all-day event in here focused just on GIS managers and what they could do to you know kind of push their platform out across the organization what things do they need to do to pay attention to technology implementation pay attention to people we're going to talk about today and you know that's a really good thing if you haven't had a chance to take a look at it a lot of times it is a very collaborative I'm a little interested to hear that feedback so I might ask you some questions later about that because typically what we've found is that we like to ask questions and then there's a lot of discussion that happens in the tables so we give time to share among each other because you'll learn just as much from each other as you do from us right as noted by when you were talking earlier which I absolutely love so good how was the plenary did you enjoy the plenary yeah good yeah that was an exciting one I really like that I like the idea of where snacks that's I'm a vision thinker I'll tell you that right now I think way out in the future that's how I am but and this that type of topic really gets me excited so how we doing we got two minutes left we'll give a couple more how about a session what was your favorite session so far this this week...
