We use sign now for our real estate contracts and I can’t begin to tell you how many hours it saves us on every contract. [Music] hello and welcome back to our signature adoption series last time we used docusign to send documents to maria parker and this time we would do the same using underdog service instead so as you can see panda talk module has already been activated for this application and it looks uh almost identical to the module for docusign so we already have a few bundles of documents uh sent to maria and she completed that so the documents are available for uh preview download and uh to be printed and let's send another bottle with a new contract and see how it works so i sent all these documents to magia and now i switch to her browser she already get gets an email saying that she needs to sign the document so she would log in into the application here is a list of the completed documents we've done with docusign and a few more uh using pondertalk and she just tries to send the first one okay it's a simple document just a single signature and that's it next document is a bit more complex so as you can see um the interface uh looks like you never left uh the company side so you have all the buttons we had before and panda dock is simply embedded into the into your existing website so we will populate this field um manually uh in the next videos we will show how to pre-populate these fields um so you save some time and uh you don't need to do it by hand but for this video let's do the job so these two documents have been signed by maria and now our company representative should review the documents and if they are okay he or she would sign them let's go back to to the company representative interface and as you can see these documents are ready to be signed by us and we can do it either from here or navigate to documents and here you see all the documents from different profiles and not only media pockets profile but also documents available to be signed so let's sign this contract and we are back to our documents and we still have one document to sign so some boards from our company would sign the outside here [Applause] and we are back and i moved to completed tab and these are completed right now so you can also check docusign documents and banter doc documents let's navigate to media package profile and these documents are completed and being downloaded actually this one has already been downloaded so let's check how it looks here is the document and this node says we use some box account and this document is not intended for legal use because of assassin box account so the difference between docusign here is that underdog simply appends certificate to your existing document to your existing file and it goes as a simple file so...
