hi my name is Katie from factories you're at crafts and today I'm going to show you how to make this customized initial card what you're going to need for this project is you're going to need a blank Brown card and envelope said you're going to need the alphabet stencils a paintbrush some acrylic paint on some white paper doilies a hot glue gun and a pen so let's go ahead and get started okay so the first step is folding the card in half just like this and what you did not need to decide if you decide if you want it to be able a landscape or a portrait I'm going to go ahead and do landscape this time so I'm just going to lay that down then I'm going to take my stencil and I'm going to put it right in the center of the card okay and just a little more near the top so once you found that Center go ahead and take some acrylic paint and use a paintbrush to paint over the stencil and transfer that letter on to your card using this really pretty light pink called Valentine pink and i really like it looks great on these brown cards okay and then you can go ahead and lift your stencil up and you're left with just that really cute letter just like that so there's your card and not for the envelope I just absolutely love these little white paper doilies so I'm going to go ahead and use out at the name tag for the front of the card so I'm going to use some hot glue and apply it in a white light line around the outside of the paper doily I'm going to stick it right on the front center a little bit more near the top as we talked about last time of the envelope just like so and then you can write hulu the card is too I'm once this is dry you can go ahead and write in it and slip it into the envelope and there you have a super cute custom card thanks for watching today guys I hope you have fun making sense of these
