in this video we'll cover a few different ways that document can be integrated with signature tools such as docusign hello sign and sign now through zapier the first way is to use document as a trigger in this zap we'll send a signature request in docusign when a workflow is completed in document so to set this up we'll choose document as our trigger application and we'll choose workflow completed as our trigger event i'll select my account and i'll select my workflow then i'll choose docusign as the app for my action step and i'll choose create a signature request as the action event i'll connect my docusign account and then i'll choose the template that i would like to use so i've chosen my intake form in document so i'm going to choose my engagement letter template from docusign i can customize my email subject and i can use any data from my document workflow to do so i can choose my client's email from my workflow as the recipient email in docusign and my client's name from the workflow as the recipient name i can also specify the role of this recipient so since i've chosen my client as the recipient and assigned my client's email and name as the recipient email and name i'll designate that my recipient is a client now if i complete my intake form workflow as a client then i will receive an invitation to sign my documents from docusign if i prefer to use another signature tool like hello sign or sign now i can follow the same process i'll just choose that other application as my action step application here the other way that i can connect document and a signature tool like docusign is by using the signature tool as the trigger application so to set this up i'll use docusign as my trigger and i'm going to choose the envelope sent or completed trigger event i'm going to connect my account and choose to trigger this zap when an envelope is completed then i'll indicate that i do want this trigger to download form data then i'll choose document as my action application and i'll choose to create and populate a new session when the envelope is completed in docusign i'll connect my account and choose my workflow i'll decide whether i want to skip the review page noting that if i do skip the review page and i map all required fields in document 2 fields from my trigger then when the continuation url is followed it will open directly to the final output documents in this case i'll say yes i do want to skip the final review page and i'm going to map my fields in document two values from docusign once i've mapped all of the values i'd like i'll click continue and add a third step to send on the continuation url so that my client can access their final documents i'll...
