hey there dawson with one wire here i'm going to show you today how to set up your integrations with redtail and your one wire phone system if you haven't already please check the description with the tutorial video on how to get the chrome application and extension to be able to start this if you've already done that great let's continue in the top right all you need to do is just go ahead and click on redtail and you're done now i'm going to show you how to do the click to call you'll notice any 10 digit number on the screen will have a little one next to it go ahead and just click on that and as you hear we are ringing so that is automatic let me just hang up this call now i want to show you the screen pop so now i'm going to take my cell phone and i'm going to call in i've already created my cell phone as a contact in here so you'll see exactly what it does so here we go just started my call in do you hear well hang up but here's the screen pop dawson lyle systems engineer at one wire fiber llc right there it'll tell you everything about me my number my email which company i'm with all of that good stuff from here we can actually see our final segment i want to show you is our call logging so over on the left hand side here we'll just click notes you will now see all the calls that we have made in from that we can add a note to a call so if we click comments here we can comment and say this customer wanted to talk about billing something simple like that we'll add a comment so now anybody that gets a call from dawson lyle will be able to see this call logged and they can open the call and see what it was in regards to if you have any questions please leave us a comment and keep your eye out on our youtube channel for videos thanks
