hi everyone it's katrina from pcse the cet window opens for 2020 on the first of august so i wanted to give you a quick walkthrough of how easy it is to submit cet claims this year so let's go to pcse online so what we do first the performer who wants to make the cet claim logs in to pcse online and from the ophthalmic button then they click make a claim you can see here as well as the ghost types then we now have a cd button so we click this and the claim form loads up and what you can see here is the organization that i'm working for um my name test optometrist and my test performer list number obviously you would expect to see zero one dash and the rest of the digits when you are creating your own record you can put a reference in here if you like um if you're a large practice perhaps and you've got lots of claims to submit so this is the performer signing the declaration to say that i undertook the ct in the 2019 period that i'm claiming for and signed that and just need to save awaiting contractor signatory so that has now been saved and i don't have a contractor's signature role in my practice so i'm unable to sign this part so i come out of the claim and wait for the contractor to sign in and submit so let's exit the claim and let's switch to the contractor so designated signature for the practice the user has the contractor's signature role so we've got this test contractor same again click on ophthalmic and this time we're going to search for claim and we're going to search for cet claim so claim type ct and then we just click the search button there we go we have a few test claims in our organization and all we need to do is open the one from today so as the contractor or the designated signature for the practice then this is telling me that we've got test optometrist making this claim here um with the performer list number of 2050 and as the contractor then i am declaring that i am making the claim on behalf of the performer so i assign that and click submit claims submitted i now know that's been accepted so in the next payment run um when we're due to get paid for our ghost claims then the claim that i've just submitted for that performer will be included it really is as easy as that the performer needs to have the cost performer role attached to the pcse online account and the contractor designated signatory we'll have contractor signature rule as long as you have that set up then as we showed it's a couple of minutes and the claims submitted and there's nothing else you need to do thank you
