Mark byline template
good afternoon Kelli Williams welcome back to the kid OB command 66 day challenge 3.0 a day 36 so yesterday we wrapped up our smart plans section and today we're gonna dive into designs so we're gonna start a series teaching you guys how to utilize designs for your real estate based business so designs is this what is it the sixth seventh eighth ninth icon down looks kind of like a drawing pad with a pencil or pen or marker on it there so this is the designs applet or sub menu today I'm just gonna give you a brief overview of what designs looks like and then a brief overview of the we brand editor as well so when you first come into designs along the top you're gonna see my design templates and then five different categories so I have the ability to click on each one of these categories and see all of my templates that I have previously created within each one of these categories so I can see all of my landing page templates all my social templates all of my print templates all of my agent site templates now if you don't have any templates in one or more of these categories don't worry we're going to be creating some of those in the next few days so you won't you'll have some filling up these sites and these sections pretty soon so in order to create a new design we're actually going to come down to this plus sign in the bottom right hand corner and we're going to click on it it's going to give us three different template types so we have email templates social templates and then print templates as well email templates we're still kind of holding off on while we do the final negotiations with our email provider so the majority of this these next few days are gonna focus on social and a print template so I'm gonna show you what we brand which is the kind of canva ask program that we utilize in k2b command to make our designs what it looks like with social chosen and then I'll show you briefly what it looks like with print chosen so we're going to click on social and then we're going to click on create design from here we're going to be taken into the Wii brand editor occasionally you'll have to log back into command to be taken to this page sometimes I go directly there sometimes it locks me out I gotta log back in not really sure what's going on there but just a heads up it's not a big deal if it happens when we drop in to the Wii brand editor on this left hand side you're gonna see a variety of categories of templates that you can create for your social channels that's on the left hand side so you can see client love for sale just sold local expert a whole series and as you click on each one of these you'll see different templates show up I have got different ones kind of showing up they're just listed as we get into this main section you can see the templates and then you can see the different styles of templates that are available so for just listed category there are five face book templates that have been created if I click on Instagram you can see there are five there as well and yet there are different sizes that's intentional to make the best use of this template for that social media channel Instagram stories get a little bit bigger right because that's what they look like in stories and then if you're gonna use these templates for LinkedIn or Twitter you also have templates available there so an entire series of Facebook Instagram Instagram stories LinkedIn and Twitter templates for every one of these sections are kind of designed categories if you will on the left hand side now that was social I'm gonna go back real quick and it looks like I went back on too far so let's get into designs and we're gonna create a new one this time I'm going to show you in print so when I click on print and create designs I get taken back into we brand the left hand side here are all of my categories and then you'll see on the right hand side a series of different styles of templates here for the actual print style so you've got business cards business cards portrait letterheads if I get into client love I've got buy fold half letters I've got thing cards and standard post cards now I've got some door hangers here for event invitation I've got flyers if I get into family reunion right I've got first sale so I've even got tri-folds I've got 11 by 17 by folds that are vertical or horizontal versions here right so just a large series of different styles of templates that you can create based upon each one of these categories so that's really it for today today was basically about just kind of creating the initial impression of what designs look like again remember once we get in we can access our template library or we can choose to create a new template once we create that new template we decide social or print and then we're going to decide from we brand the category that we want to select from which template we want to use and then from there we're actually going to dive into the actual template so we'll work much further we're gonna dive much deeper we're literally just kind of waterskiing right now and we'll be scuba diving here pretty soon on designs but that was today's basic introductory challenge of getting into designs learning the difference between your template library and creating a new template or design and then learning about the difference between social media templates and print templates and the different styles or channels that you can post those in so tomorrow we'll dive in even further and I'll look forward to talking with you about that here come tomorrow I'll be out of a day looking forward to a fantastic week thanks so much
