Using airSlate SignNow has been incredibly helpful in moving towards a paperless business model. The app is very easy to use, and the integration with most major cloud storage providers is a huge plus. Since adding airSlate SignNow to our business model, we've found that not only does it reduce the amount of paper that we need to keep on hand, but it's a huge benefit to our clients. The sophistication of providing them all their details signed, and in electronic format provides them with a stored and searchable document in their email, as well as impresses them in the process. If you frequently deal with needing to sign documents, I would highly recommend incorporating this into your business model.

As a landlord and a tv producer, I use sign now to quickly and efficiently send and get contracts signed. I've been able to eliminate the need to print a document, get it signed and then scan it in to digital archives. I can personalize a contract in minutes, specify the areas for people to sign, send the contract by email and receive it within minutes. I also love the template feature that allows me to upload one contract and send it to multiple users - each user signing and sending back the same contract. It saves me from redundant busy work ... can't stress enough the convenience and efficiency of sign now.

ease of upload, customizing documents, sending with alerts, verification of recipient, template feature

Mark electronically signed

hello everyone welcome to your station promoting safety engineering and still be with you once again and of course I'm a safety engineer and today's topic is on marking up P and ID's that's how to mock up hazop PN IDs that's how to separate them into nodes and properly mock them up so they look really really good for you and as update now this we're just gonna be working on 3p and ID's mainly and the way normally has observe run it's um the the pn ids the drawings are actually mocked up with they're printed out and share to all the people participating in the hazop and then we hand out markers and they mark them all up on the Mac them all up on the PN IDs but today I'm gonna teach you a pretty cool trick which would help you have a really neat presentation adam has applied a pn i d--'s really really nicely mocked up for in preparation and it gives a professional touch and professional look so how you conduct your hassle now so we're going to be marking them up with if you have a really good PDF processor like I'd go back robots if you'd use that or whatever all the good people that PDF processor that allows you actually walk on PDFs would do so first so I'm gonna start off now you would so I want to start off this is gonna be divided into three notes I'm gonna show you how to Mack them up electronically and then give them the right colors for whatever note the air you're gonna be on and also just signify at the top what note you're on so there are three drawings and I'm gonna divide them into three notes of course I another video I'm going to show you how to actually the the logic and the reasoning behind breaking up tn ids Internode's but this is just how to mock them up and to make them look nice so start off with a line so you have to put on your comment section like to turn it on comments and then you're gonna use your drawing back up so drawing a line or a polygon line which allows you to actually make use of the Pens let me zoom in a bit so this is gonna be my first note this is the production header you're going from here yeah that's it if you double-click from there and you can move this a bit yeah now that you've done that you're not going to right click and edit it go to the properties then you can walk on that you can adjust the color for now I'm gonna make my node one red just because that's what came up so I'm gonna it's very important you are talk to your play city to about fifty percent because you still want to see what's behind the the the colors you wanna see was actually behind there on the P&ID is like when you mark it up with markers so that line you want to increase the thickness to about maybe an eighth and and it's I've put the opacity to about fifty percent so you can see through and then you click you can now lock it make the properties defaults and yeah so look at this now so when you're gonna print this out its gonna come really nice and needs and all colored up of course should know you how you need a color printer for that and this is the outlet the liquid out let go into an LP separator so you come back to this and because the properties are locked in you just take your line tweak it and then you go all the way down and when he's gonna stop you just double click so when you sit we can look directly through now I could lift this up a bit to give it a cleaner look so you can see that you can actually see what's beneath the lines then you come let me look at them so this HP separator is one note for back here if my drawing too yeah I'm a nice neat one yeah you can always walk on it yes that's nice and this is where I want this note to end cause I can always touch this and pull it and adjusted the way I just the way I wanted so I want the note to end here there's also a little bit at the bottom I'm gonna drag if I wanted to end on this isolation valves so yeah that's and the note of course goes up into here come back pick up your tool and you know I wanted to go from here to here to here and then I wanted to go from if you look again my tool just anything so yeah so that's where my note ends I I could pull this a little bit further yeah so my note ends on those valves that are closed because they're because there's no flow into there and here would be where my note finally ends that's for node 1 now I'm going to teach you how to actually clearly demarcate the notes so you don't have any issues with that normally this no children and here but just for the sake of this class I'm filming assumed that that's where and so now you have your note one looking all nice and neat no two would take up from this shutdown valve and I'm gonna give it different properties so it just looks different and cool so and I'll make maybe my note to would be blue and it would run straight into the pipeline so this is no to you filling the river then come back here and put on move to severe severe and since yeah not the a mind it's still this color but I want my notes oops who look different so I'm gonna touch the properties you're gonna make it a blue blue just really pops out when against red so yeah so we have our no 2 and no 2 will run into the pipeline so now of course you need to clearly write it that this color is number one and I just blue is no too soon you're gonna have to go up and write it in there like okay so are right in here note one that's already read I can't walk in it a bit yeah oh sorry about that I might note one and then I could make it whatever color once or I could make it bigger make it a bit bigger ya know one and then that's red then of course it's that we know to move this up no then I'll come here it's that we know to make it this time I'm gonna make it blue and so guess node one is red and no.2 is this so yeah that's sweet and of course I'm gonna just box it up all for some get a bit of color I could make this speaker also push it down so next four yeah that's nice then of course do the same for this for note C and because yeah it's supposed to be blue so I'll talk a little properties and I'll make it blue so that's just really sweet so that's not too fancy have a look brilliant in it then you go no still this is part of Note 2 and remember who said they're making it blue so we just run all along and walk on the properties yeah give it my blue that's sweet it's the design simplicity yeah that's nice and make the thickness of about 8 so let's just sleep although since my obesity isn't good go back properties yeah since I missed something on that 50% of a city so you can actually see what's underneath the lines so when you print it out that's just right and then I'm gonna end my note to somewhere here yep so this is where the flow comes in form and I'm gonna stop my notes or about here all the way here here here so go back to my line take my line property I'm definitely come down I could have changed this property so navy blue so I could do some work in it and yeah so right click on it properties go to properties go to blue of course navy blue and yeah just sleep and of course let me go back to the first page so I can grab these and these copy it bring it down just a control C will do it they stayed in here yeah right I'll do a quick type up and type no.2 in there and still do from the last time so see if within that you drag this over it and waffle Note 2 and of course we bring it here to and go typing no wind chill here and you paste from before and well I know to here and now we go to no.3 line what color should I make note 3 zoom in a bit zoom in a bit and yeah let's draw first and they're not out the side I think Green should be nice so we have a green note three going around this separator and yes something here should do it stop dark enough you know something a little bit darker yeah that's sweet so it's really clearly demarcate if that misses another note and you come up here and do the same yeah so that's let me type this up no.3 and then of course I'll work on the color should be the same green yeah that's Lee and then of course I would copy this I'm Josie control V and bring it over here and right click on it change the properties to death three yeah yeah so we have our three notes I could knock this up all up and make it look nicer which is going here and touching this exit line all the way to here making a green properties good properties Thank You cream yay we have a green make this properties defaults and do the same all the way yeah zooming it there yeah and that's good yes so we have note three here yeah I could make it all the way all around but I think you all get the gist so this is node three so go back to page one so you have a nice node one and two I don't need this anymore node 1 and 2 so you get a color printer you print this out and you use this for your Hazar and it looks really really professional so thank you very much do have a lovely day subscribe to this channel it's called promoting safety engineering thank you very much more videos to come and if you want a video on how to actually break up the PN ideas into notes I'll do that you could send me a comment shop and ask a question whatever and I'll be glad to answer thank you very much do you have a lovely day bye-bye
