calendar here so they can see what kinds of appointments they have and any related notes to those appointments so this is the appointments here for bender I don't see any notes here we did allow 60 minutes for this the groomer can enter the price in here if it hasn't been entered already they could also look at the appointment card for bender and this is a again that deeper look for bender here they could enter notes as they're completing the appointments you use number-8 so you'll have that for easy reference in the future they could as well rebook they can mark this as complete we will finalize that price in here mark this as complete and then they could even send a text message to the customer letting him know that their pets ready for pickup so we're all done with bender now and of course when the customer comes in to pick up bender we'll see them here in the checked in tab we can see this grooming appointment for bender has in green marked as completed these in black are all still in progress when the customer shows up I can click on the shopping cart and we'll go into the cart here we could do all the pets from them at one time but we're just going to do this one pet so here's benders cart here we've got the total charges now if I check out with a payment I could check out with no payment or collect a payment I select my payment method and you'll notice here I can add a payment method so you can even split your payment maybe they want to pay half in cash half by credit card that kind of thing so we will do by credit card here and I'm going to push this out I'm going to select which terminal I want this to push out to now the terminal is asking the customer if they would like to leave a tip so let's leave a tip here we'll push that in you'll see some progress here and you can hear that card terminal you can turn that sound off if you want but I've entered my credit card in here I've removed it now and this transaction has been completed okay to new and let's take a look at that invoice here so the customer will automatically get emailed or a copy of this receipt you can always print it or email send it to a different email address if you want all the details are here the tips are recorded and we've also got all the authorization codes for that credit card transaction of course all this gets reported out into your end a day report your revenue reports your Commission reports tips reports that kind of thing okay so we've just completed that transaction for bender we can see we've got some more pets coming in that we can check in and out now making appointments is really easy you can do that on site right here by selecting the service that the customer is asking for the date they want and then this will show you the availability of your specialists of your groomers so you can pick a time on that groomers calendar and then you type in either the owners name or the customers name now you'll also get some warnings okay so there's all kinds of settings around creating groomer warnings check-in warnings checkout or reservation creation alerts okay that just gives you more information that you might need when you're scheduling this appointment okay and let's add in a service option for the customer and we are going to send out an email and text confirmation to them okay so that's one way you can make an we have a built-in time clock if you want to use that so you check in your pet or your staff record the hours that they've worked if you're paying them hourly there's built-in marketing features so let's just make a quick appointment for one of her pets here and she's gonna pay full service groom for the 21st and she'll see whoa there's no availability so what she can do then is look for the next available appointment by that specialist ok in this case we're not seeing much let's back up here and see what else we can find here we go so she's found some availability with this groomer and she'll head her and her pet she can cancel any existing reservations she wants add service options so you can upsell things here she can write in notes and then make this appointment request she can even do recurring dates ok so I know a lot of groomers a lot of you will want to schedule out okay get things scheduled out every four six eight weeks so you have that repeat business okay so the customer can do this or you can do it from your side as well okay so let's book out ten appointments every six weeks so she can request those all at once or you can schedule those and then these requests will go in and again you'll manage those requests okay the nice thing about this of course is that you can go in and accept those all at one time okay I think we made those for a different
