I love that I can complete signatures and documents from the phone app in addition to using my desktop. As a busy administrator, this speeds up productivity . I find the interface very easy and clear, a big win for our office. We have improved engagement with our families , and increased dramatically the amount of crucial signatures needed for our program. I have not heard any complaints that the interface is difficult or confusing, instead have heard feedback that it is easy to use. Most importantly is the ability to sign on mobile phone, this has been a game changer for us.

hi everyone I just want to show you a hack in Microsoft Word to get personalized clickable hyperlinks in mail merge documents or emails in our case so what I need to do is already got my Excel spreadsheet merged with my with my word document through select recipients now I'm just going to go insert a mail merge fields for instance just for example I can just put in a person's name I've already got preview results on there and here I can actually put in if I want I'd like to put in an actual link of some sort so if I put in a link there sure the link comes up but it's not hyperlinked and I wanted to be clickable in the email that I sent to my different recipients so how do we do that well we can do a hack so let me just bring that back there and I'm gonna come along and put in at the insert tab and I want to go to quick parts and just to show you what quick parts looks like a full screen that's what it looks like there so drop that down and we'll go to fields and the field that I want here is hyperlink so I'm gonna select hyperlink click ok that drops this in looks as if there's an error there but in fact it's not what we're gonna do now is the key to this is pressing alt + f9 Altan f9 brings up the underlying code but need the formatting of microsoft words i want to put my cursor in there just after hyperlink and it's here at them that I go into mailings go into insert merge field and put in the link that I'm looking for hit alt f9 again to go back to the overall formatted sense and then I've got a different link on each of these different items they're all different and it's hyperlinks the only thing left to do then is just tidy it up I don't want the actual text to say error there to my users so I'm just gonna go back there I'm gonna leave the full stop on at the ends just so that it will hold the actual link there and I will say here click here for your personalized link and it's always a good idea if you want although it's not necessary just to turn it blue and also to underline it and bold it as well just to make it look like a link for people and there you go and I can now merge that with an email and send it off to people and like I said we've got personalized hyperlinks there and that is it alt f9 is the key good luck everyone
