hi guys my name is arun kumar beti from usitrecrude.com a one place solution for us recruitment welcome to the cpal unlock lesson nine so today we are going to learn on how we can do an email merge in cpan so if your first time watching our video please do hit on the subscribe button and activate the bell icon to know more about us recruitment so let's see how we can able to do email merge from the cpal so in order to do an email merge for a job in cpal just click on job postings page and search for the job which is you are looking to do an email merge and hit on enter and open up the job by using the job code or the job title so this is where the single job looks like whenever it is open in the cpanel so in order to do an email merge we need to set up the boolean search here so in order to set up the boolean search we need to understand the job description and we need to see the job description clearly so in order to see the job description just click on this blue color icon which is original format and just scroll down and this will be the job description of the job so understand the job description and take out the keywords from here and to the right of this page you can set up the keywords from here and so whenever you are done with the setting up with your boolean search and make sure you use the necessary filters from here so whenever you are done using those just click on save and search so these are all the candidates which we got from this search which we have given here and we got 12 candidates so in order to send the job description uh to all these 12 candidates at a time we have an option called mail merge on the same page just click on mail merge and give the number of recipients as well because as we got only 12 resumes here and just click on share button yeah as you can see here everything is automated or else if your company doesn't automate anything so please make sure that you give the subject line app subject line which will reach to your candidate and make sure you copy paste the job description with your formatter before you start working on the requirements so whenever you are done with everything just click on share button at the bottom so this is how you can able to do an email merge from cpal i hope you have liked this video if you have liked this video please hit on that big fat like button below and share this video if you want to and please write down something in this comment section which is useful in this video or if you want to ask...
