We use airSlate SignNow to collect consent documents for surgical patients. It creates a HIPAA compliant way to be paperless in this day and age. We switched from printing paper consents to this method about 1 year ago and will never go back. It enables us to upload their consent forms directly into their medical chart and it allows them to receive a signed copy as well that can be viewed on their phone, tablet, or computer.

airSlate SignNow is well suited for a cosmetic surgery practice with a small number of doctors, as it is easily managed by an individual. It would be less appropriate in a hospital, or doctor's office that has multiple physicians as things can become lost in the fold so to speak. It is great for a healthcare practice where patients have time to read through their forms AT HOME. This is likely a nuance that not many practices experience but if so, this is a great way to reduce clutter and paperwork and simplify the experience for patients.

I only used airSlate SignNow support when setting up. I uploaded a bunch of documents in the wrong place and needed assistance in moving them. Unfortunately they were not able to move the documents and I needed to upload into a different place. This is where I feel the system itself could benefit from some flexibility for their customers.

If anyone has ever used an online signature platform, they will understand how to use this from the customer-facing area. In terms of setup and execution, it is a lengthy process but once done a few times is easy to execute. I also think that our documents are a little bit more lengthy, and thus, require some additional time just in the volume of pages.

and i am live yay okay so how is everyone doing on this uh sunday here in west virginia at least in my part of west virginia it's rainy it's cold all the snow we had like six or seven inches of snow in my yard and now it rains it's rained all day since this morning since i woke up probably before i woke up and now all the rain all the snow is actually pretty much all gone at this point but anyway what i came here for is to again let me check my thing here here i sent a ticket i've been a little apprehensive you in my earlier videos you've seen where i have i really haven't wanted to sign the global contract because i didn't want to lose any of my regular students if you're wondering what i'm doing i'm poking on my your channel i always like to see if my um things how how my how my vision looks or visual how it looks here and so um looks like i'm doing okay i don't know what you know if if it's kind of blurry let me know because i doesn't look like it's doing very well here on my phone my um things how am i okay okay anyway what i'm doing is i said well i'm sorry what i did was i sent a ticket asking if i signed the contract to join the global platform will i still be able to teach the students i am currently teaching with the former platform will i lose my current regular student if i join the global platform and what i've said before is i don't want to sign the global platform and lose this student that i'm making 850 per class with to sign over to the global platform and just get nothing or if i do get one student then it'll be seven dollars a student so it looks like um here they did reply to me they replied to me showing the high teacher jason thanks for reaching out to us we are glad to help since the platforms have been merged if you sign the global contract you will be able to teach both students from the old platform and the global platform at the same time please be rest assured you can find book you can find book class if any of the global site under upcoming class international tab you can find book class of the old platform under upcoming class courses tab so it looks like and i think i've seen someone in the facebook group mention this as well so i don't know i don't you know i quit going to those actually as you've learned um but looks like there's a new class an upcoming class therefore that so you can submit okay yeah you can submit your unit assessment class feedback course feedback with class feedbacks whatever cf is through the teacher...
