Repeat signature block template
so if you'd like to set up a signature block inside of your document what you can do is put your cursor inside of your document wherever you want that signature block then assuming that signature block is dependent on a repeating item where you want a separate signature block for each of the items in the repeating item then what you're going to do is you'll go to repeating item here you'll select table as the format because that's going to make it beautiful formatting every single time you'll select your repeating item which in this case i'm going to want a separate signature line for each shareholder now inside of my signature block i want each of their names so i'll only use the value shareholder name here then i'll put my cursor inside of the document click insert field now the table that's been placed here will mean that there will always be a header to the table that says shareholder name and then each of the shareholders are going to be listed separately so if there's one shareholder there will be one row there are 10 shareholders there will be 10 rows but in this case i don't want this top column because i don't need a header for my signatures so i will delete this row and then the other thing i'm going to do is i'm going to actually add the line so i'll add a signature line here as long as i'd like it to be and it doesn't really matter if you shorten the table because we're going to make this table clear but i'll just shorten it like this so that it's a little bit more compact and the final thing i want to do is in my final version of the document what i'm going to see is one line and the shareholder name and then as many spaces i have up top so i could add a little bit more or if i want to put another variable up here so let's say each shareholder has their own company i might want to put that here or allow the add-in to put it in here but for now i'm just going to do a simple signature line and the final thing i want to do is make sure that my borders are clear because i don't want the final version of my document to have borders on it so i'll just go here and remove those borders so now and i don't know why i made it bold but if i wanted it bold i could keep it bold or i could unbold it so now in my final version of the document this will appear but i'm actually going to have a separate line for each shareholder so what the final document will look like is something like this depending on how many shareholders i have and they will continue without the top alright let us know if you have any questions
