okay this is how to merge a form or proposal in job progress I'm going to search for my test case scenario or my test case overall Daffy Duck it's gonna be a pretty short video I think so you're gonna come to a screen like this I'm in the desktop version mobile app will be something pretty similar I'm gonna go to forums and proposals overall and then I'm going to create we want to merge we're always gonna want choose merge and then we have a list of all of our default forms and proposals within hail Pro for Iowa and Minnesota as you can see so go ahead and select which one is pertinent to your situation right now I'm gonna do the Iowa work authorization we have the Iowa one here 5:30 2020 and MN right here's 6 1 2019 last saved so I'm gonna go ahead and click it once you click it once you have a degree in check mark you can select other ones but I just go one by one and then click create I'll load for a little bit and then then this automatically will populate per to the other video that was created how to add a lead and job all that information that you plug in there most of the customer information and then Sharan claim number that's from your job create a job and the insurance details so that auto populates again you can update this you usually go email overall sometimes they like text or yeah just update that appropriately you can review here says two pages you can scroll down I know the mobile app scrolling is a little weird but there is two scrollers I'm here and I think that in the mobile app just I just be aware of the scrolling being a little bit weird but you should be able to figure it out and I'm gonna get the box here you want the hail Pro representative not the owner that's what they assigned so the right side click in here an option will come up to use keyboard or use mouse I like to use the mouse I like the authentic signature and we can I'm on my desktop here with a touchscreen so I'm gonna go ahead and squiggle and do my signature something like that push done and then it pops you lates they're a little little date again scroll it up and back to the top there's a Save button so we're gonna click Save and we're gonna save it as the last name so this is doc it would be duck underscore duck underscore agreement for work authorization I've been doing agreement as of 2020 so last name underscore agreement but save it up here you'll get a little signal that is proposed proposal saved correctly um I will direct you to your color key to know if something is sent or right now it's lime green on the mobile app you'll have a in the upper left you'll have a color core aid core correlated to the the key up here so just be aware of that we want to make sure that the agreements when you sign them are dark green and accepted that means opening it in a public forum or proposal and maybe I should do a different video actually for that remember quick just show it anyways over also open public forum or proposal if you're there at the property with a homeowner to get to get it locked and loaded the dark green instead of editing you're gonna want to open in public forum proposal page that's very important so yep do that overall when you're trying to get a signed in person then they'll be able to sign it and save and will go dark green if you don't if you just go to edit and have him sign it it'll stay in the draft form overall and we want it in dark green accepted also there's an option to email you can go ahead and email the form in proposal and I actually have another video but I was kind of I guess call it out quick here so you can click the action button here or a lot if you're on the mobile app kind of long click like for two or three seconds just hold on the document and you can go email form and proposal their email will automatically populate you can edit the subject line hail Pro agreement or work authorization or whatever document you're sending we can also definitely I would suggest editing this I yeah edit this your own personal touch and then I usually put my name down here to Oh Catholics so I do thanks Brandon Evans hail Pro and then I edit something like please review so that sign below some short and sweet or if there's other information I product put on there go ahead but this is the subject line agreement or work authorization so yep and then this box don't touch that make sure that's there and then you click send it'll send to their email and they'll open it up look at it and sign it so that's I'm gonna discard this so this video is mainly just to get the Forman proposal and the merge but I ended up talking a little bit more than that so hopefully this was helpful
