okay i've turned the recording on um that goes on are you facing in and out peter hello yes yes tom i wanted you to know  i really enjoyed whoever did the text   for um the conference on the 13th  yeah that was me well i really   wanted that was the charby because i'm not  a very good typer to begin with and all the   keys of all the letters have disappeared off my  keyboard well i think you did i didn't realize   i didn't realize i i didn't know where the  keys were that i did it all by looking but   luckily i got a new set of keypad stickers in on  on saturday morning so i was able to stick them on it's pretty much what patrick said except i i  changed it from the conversational style to a   more written style you know because what you're  speaking you tend to start a sentence and then   back up and do it again the different ways well i  appreciated it thank you well but we all should uh   partial up the work and  someone should pick up a call   uh you know the call before that  which is still an important part   and if you want to divide it up do you have  someone do half someone do the other half that way we all we all get get to understand this  um i mean i i did it because that really helped me   understand the balance i did it  for myself more than anything else there might be some software  that'll read it right into the   computer here i know you can get the software  to read it to you wow good good luck with that   yeah it's tough but patrick's a pretty good  speaker though you know he talks pretty well he is   except the top software you have to train it first  it's almost useless on conference calls but i did   give someone a a a webinar uh a two-hour webinar  and they were able to get dragon speaking working   on it and did a fairly good job but i don't know  how to get it running and you know i'm i'm rather   computer literate except i'm not that much of a  user i'm more of a program writer than i am a user   oh you know what what might work tom says jim by  the way is uh uh if you update if you upload those   or turn them into a video file which is like a  picture in front of it and upload them to youtube   youtube automatically creates a transcript on the  right which is pretty damn good so you can listen   yeah and it does it yeah so if you just upload  them to youtube get a channel which would be   great put all all his calls on a channel you  know and so how do you get the transcript because   i think the transcript is better it creates  it automatically when...
