I am going to walk you through a   new SigningHub feature that's been recently  added to the product that enables users to   easily attribute a digitally signed  document from a completed workflow to   the SigningHub workflow evidence report. So first things first I will show you how the  solution currently works and what you see in the   workflow evidence report we'll turn the feature  on and you'll be able to see how easy it is for   anyone performing an audit or looking to see   or attribute a signed document once it's  been signed to the workflow evidence report. So we'll sign in here to my test system as a  test user and we'll kick off a little workflow   that includes just me. We'll keep this nice and  simple where I'm going to be digitally signing   an acceptable use policy. So we'll just slide down here to where  the signature needs to be applied.   Drag on the signature field and position  that nice and squarely over the line. We'll add in the name and we'll add in where is  it the date field line those up nicely fantastic   and we'll hit sign I'll change this so I'm only  applying hand signature only and we'll hit sign   fantastic. Hit finish so now we will download  the document and we'll put a dash S on the   end to indicate that we've signed it and we'll  also grab the workflow address report, great. So if we take a look at those in the file  system we'll open up the signed document.  scroll across here so we  can go go down to the bottom   there we go there's our signature  that we applied within SigningHub. We'll also open up the workflow evidence  report and if you're not familiar with   the workflow evidence report this  is a really useful document that's   signed by SigningHub to provide all the evidence  that you need to prove that people interacted   with the documents, the document details and any  action that was taken if you needed to prove to   HR and auditor or even in a court of  law what happened within the document   so you can see here the document summary the  details of the document itself how long it was.   How long the workflow took so this was a  very short one you know two seconds but   you can imagine with multiple times this  might take a while and the recipients.  So their details and finally the audit trail of  okay the user uploaded a document it was opened   a signature that was applied and the IP address  and browser information about the operations. Purpose of this video is to discuss how the  document itself is attributed to the workflow   evidence report so how do we know the workflow  evidence report is for this particular file.   Well currently we do this by using a  SHA 256 bit hash so here in the document   summary section you can see there is...
